I have stayed at this hotel several times because of its quiet and convenient location to the town centre which is only a few minutes walk away. A simple self-service breakfast is provided with a good selection of warm food, pastries, breads and cheeses etc. The bedrooms are a generous size with coffee making facilities and a convenient fridge.

Geared toward Americans for obvious reasons. Modern hotel with nice room features. The restaurant is amazing; Mexican menu with a twist, and a more typical menu. It can get busy.

Welcome was friendly, car park area was not available due to building but my motorcycle was parked on the access ramp instead.
Average room as found in many corporate type of hotel.
Dissapointed that the bin had not been emptied in the bathroom and the sink had no plug, unable to hold water.
Bed was comfortable and room light and airy.
Breakfast provided excellent choice and set me up for the day.
Would i stay there again? Yes.

Excellent value, very good breakfast. Terrific location to walk the town and museums, just a few minutes by car to the Bastogne WWII museum. Room was clean 10/10 will stay there again.

Local comedy event meant the restaurant wasn't available to us on the evening we stayed. All sounds bad, but the hotel is clean, friendly and nice rooms, easy walk into Bastogne center, and at least the bar was open to residents!

Great staff. Excellent brand super nice restaurant. Close to war museum and 101st museum. Planned to stay 1 night. Extended it an additional night. Highly recommend 😊

Wonderful experience from the friendly and courteous welcome and check in to the extraordinary dining options! The room was one of the nicest in our European vacation-clean, modern and updated and well supplied.

Multilingual. Hotel bar was awesome. Bartender was friendly. Food was great too. Made 2 strangers in a strange land feel more than welcome. Great location too.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and modern. Breakfast choices were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
