The stay was amazing - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big, the bed/bedding was super comfortable. Good amount of plugs/usb ports. Alarm clock was smart and had a wireless charger (just put the phone on top and it charged). Shower had good pressure and the soap/shampoo line was INCREDIBLE - made me feel like a new person after showering. Would like to specifically mention the staff members Isaac and Jennifer as they were above and beyond friendly and helpful! Everything was great and we would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kingston.

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is great, full of good restaurants and bars and picturesque buildings.

The property is undergoing renovations currently (August 2024), but my room was very nice and comfortable, and employees were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and the waterfront nearby.

Still under construction so look forward to a return when complete

Renos/on-going updates was not inconvenient in the slightest. Hotel staff very professional and pleasant. My room was great! Everything brand-new and super comfy. The location is so convenient. Both to the 401 (not even 5 km away) and pedestrian friendly to amazing dining, sightseeing and shopping. Highly recommend.

Everything waa excellent except for when the ac is on, it was loud. Had to to turn it off when watching tv😅

We were very pleased with the cleanliness from the elevator ride to the 9th floor and the condition of our room. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only complaint was that the fan was non-functional in the bathroom and the air conditioning unit in the room was very loud. We were also disappointed that we did not mention upon booking that we are seniors and could have gotten a better rate if we had called the hotel directly...next time we shall definitely do so!

How to chase down screening floor a few of the mines that were not replaced by coffee, cream, sugar, sugar, Kleenexes, and only one towel was replaced.

Decided to do a getaway mid week with my best friend. Hotel was fantastic. Hotel is under construction, but it was workable. We had no issues with anything. I look forward to returning to Kingston in the very near future. Will definitely book here again. Close to the pier, and walking distance to nightlife and restaurants.

Despite the minor inconvenience of lobby renovations and possibly other areas, the stay was super, rooms great, and location is convenient to everything. Take advantage of the reduced rate while under renovation.

Under renos. Rooms are new and clean. The parking underground is in need of a cleaning. Almost fell getting out of my vehicle due to the slippery dust. The hotel could let u park for free. $30 a day is a little much.

On going renovation, hammer drilling from 8:00 am to 6:00pm We should have been warned about the renovation. We wouldn't have stayed. On top of the $30.00 per day parking. How do we apply or request for a compensation? Regards
