Every time I stay at this hotel, seems like there is a decline in services/amenities. The free breakfast is a joke, the outside flashing red lights are very distracting and make it hard to fall asleep. The workout room is gone. The lobby furniture was removed...the water for the shower takes way to long to get hot enough to take the shower, wasting way too much water! While the price is reasonable, and repairs to damage caused by hurricane Harvey appear to be completed, the overall atmosphere of the place is not what it was when it first opened.

This was my 4th stay at this Hotel. Last stay, it was called 3 Rivers INN. The location is good. The staff was Friendly and Helpful. I was not expressed with the Continental Breakfast, very few options. The Elevator only went to the 2nd floor and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Which was ok. I Didit mind that.

This place is disgusting. There is black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. There was urine on the toilet and floor. The cheap towels had hair on them. When the shower was turned on rusty colored water came out. The bathroom door will not close because it was out of square. The pillows had the stuffing falling out of the ends. When you lay on the bed, you can feel the springs protruding through the mattress. The coffee pot was missing half the parts and could not be used. The staff at the front desk was very rude as well. Never Again!
