Experience was horrible. Staff was rude. On top of that they tried to give me a key to a room someone was already in when I go back they give me another room which was disgusting and not what we requested which was a king bed instead we get a dirty room that had double beds. They were remodeling and obviously don’t clean the rooms there was drywall on the floor and something nasty on one of the beds. Highly don’t recommend staying at this place!

The pool is was dirty . The hallway is was smelling and the bathroom it was very small I didn’t like the service at all .the workers they not friendly or the manager I won’t come back again thank u

Floors not clean neither was bathroom towels had stains on them pool was dirty the hotel smelled the 2 rooms had mold in them. The whole place was dirty not sweep. The only good thing was the guy at front Ali. Stained up sheets

I am very disappointed. I had to switch rooms due to my original one being dirty from the towels,beddings, bathroom and walls.

This hotel/room was nice and spacious, but it would’ve been nice to know that it was currently under construction and many of the amenities were not available. The gym was closed, the pool was closed and the glorious looking continental breakfast was running at about a quarter capacity of the photo you see when booking. The room was great for the price but the hotel itself was lackluster.

Exterior covered in scaffolding, interior smell of urine, room with dirty floors and uncleaned bathroom (urine stains around toilet and fan clogged with debris), slept well in a clean bed

Room smelled of mold and mildew. Secondary lock on door was broke. Sheets and mattress had unknown stains visible. Hotel was dirty and smelled of weed. We left and dound somewhere else to stay. Was told would have to come back to talk to someone about refunds

Difficult to tell from the entryway if the hotel was even open due to scaffolding all around the building. The hallways and room had white styrofoam substance blown in everywhere; water seeping from under tiles at the foot of the bed. Staff was friendly and moved us to another room; air conditioning was filled with styrofoam and would not cool; styrofoam all over the bed and floor of the second room. Staff was courteous to my family, but there were other customers giving attitude and getting it back. Honestly felt a bit sorry for staff as they were just doing their jobs.

There was homeless people everywhere. They where doing construction we couldn’t sleep. The pool had debri from the pool we never had toilet paper or clean towels. Would have been better off sleeping in my car. Breakfast was always gone quick or someone accidentally shut the door and couldn’t get it open.

There was an old ripped out air conditioner unit laying in the middle of the room. The floor was covered in dirt. We went to the front desk to make sure they didn’t assign this room in error and they confirmed that was the right room. We asked for a 2nd room. That room was worse than the first room and had bugs present. Hair was all over the bed sheets and dirty towels still left in the room. We immediately left and asked for a refund. They confirmed a refund without hesitation, but I have not received it yet as this all just happened last night. Staff was pleasant to deal with, but they knew their product was well under par.

There was a strange smell in the room. They only changed our towels once.

Had 2 towels in my room and one of them were dirty, went to front to get a new towel and she had no extras up there and said no way to get others! Not true I’ve worked in a hotel before and the same went for the shampoo! Security lock on door was broke off door and half was missing!

The hotel was fine on the inside. It appears that they are making renovations to the outside. The main negative would be the offerings for breakfast. They were rather limited.
