When we checked into our room our room had a moldy/mildew smell. We turned the AC on hoping that would help disperse the smell, but when we came back it still had this terrible smell. Thankfully they were able to find us a new room despite telling us that they were completely sold out, but for what we paid for the room, it wasn't in any condition to have someone sleep there.

I wish every hotel stay in my future was like this one. A beautiful facility, with friendly and helpful staff and all the amenities we needed. The room was large and well laid out, from the kitchen in the corner to the tv that swiveled On the divider between the sitting area and the bed. A bottle of liquid leaked in one of our suitcases and it was so convenient to have washers and dryers just down the hall for us to run a load of laundry. We couldn't figure out at first how to pay and one of the staff we met in the hallway went down with us. The bed was a little on the soft side for our taste, but others might find it just fine.

Clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in smelled like cat pee. House keeper did come up and spray. Said it was a new carpet. Breakfast options were wonderful and place very clean. Easy parking

Loved it, great for long stay

The property was basically for travelers who are staying overnight to catch a plane. It is perfect for that.

Hotel was very nicely upkept! I felt safe there with small children! Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating! Brandon at the front desk was great and very helpful. He made checking in fast and easy, and upon checking out I asked for him to check for a missing item for me and he did so very willingly! I appreciate his customer service!

The indoor pool water was cold, not heated so couldn't use it. The breakfast was advertised on the website as having waffles and sausage. NO waffles or sausage available. I usually stay somewhere else when I come to Durham area for my medical appointments. I probably will go back to the other place as they have a heated pool and a waffle maker. The omelette station was good and the other offerings on the breakfast were good too. Room was clean. Lobby and common areas clean. Nice outdoor patio. Convenient parking. Front check in desk staff needs to be more welcoming. Nice facility but please change your website to be more reflective as to what you have. Why would you have an indoor pool that is not heated? Very disappointed.

This is our third stay at this hotel since it is close to Duke Arrington. We love the convenience of being close to many restaurants and shopping. Also like that there are sidewalks in the area for walking. Breakfast is very good and front desk folks always helpful.
