The hotel is beautiful and staff warm and welcoming. My only negative is the club lounge, it looks and feels tired and at times too busy, I sense the hotel is overselling the usage. The food in the lounge is repetitive and if you're staying for a week or more it becomes boring.

Fantastic hotel, with beautiful view of the burj al Arab. Service was great, all staff are polite and respectful. Some construction work at present but we were warned about it at time of booking. Complimentary use of the wild wadi was great and only a 2 min walk away.

Food was amazing, Staff were great, lovely location with the option of exploring the other jumeirah resorts as well. Kids club was brilliant for our two children (6&10). Would definitely return and recommend to others.

We liked the access to Wild Wadi. We could spend a couple of hours a day there without being too far from the hotel so would not be so time consuming. Our stay at the hotel overall was lovely. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The choices at breakfast were vast, catering to everyones needs. Options were plentiful and delicious. The restaurants we tried at the hotel were brilliant. Food was of a high quality and absolutely delicious. Namely Dhow and Anchor and Kitchen Connection for evening buffet. The dine around options were brilliant, ,food was of high quality. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and the buggy service to transport guests between hotels was seamless. The staff were always happy to help. The rooms are spacious. I recommend asking for rooms floor 10 and above. Views of the Burj Al Arab were beautiful. My only criticism of the hotel would be that the pool area could do with an update as tiles are falling off into the pool and causing skin injuries. Also the chairs in kitchen connection had lots of dirty marks or food on them, maybe they need cleaning or replacing altogether. Overall a family friendly hotel where staff are always happy to help and provide an exceptional service.

Great hotel and we've stayed many times in the past and will do in the future. We decided to purchase the breakfast package at checkin, being told that it was a few AED cheaper than buying it at the counter. Because we booked with Hotels.com/Expedia we get a discount on food and beverages. It turns out the Hotels.com discount was higher than the "discount" offered by the receptionist but because the price was already a deal they couldn't apply the Hotels.com discount. A bit annoying given it was our 8th stay at the hotel
