I paid in advance but was told to pay an additional fee for “incidentals”,it would be refunded in twenty four hrs if not used.
I have never received the amt of dollars and suspect that many others have been duped also.

The bathroom was awful as far as mold and mildew was concerned. And as I was standing there shaving, evidently the drain underneath was leaking because I was getting wet. Carpet was dirty or at least stained.

A lot of updating is needed. Breakfast was meh. Bathroom is so old. This Hotel is right next to 2 major universities. There is no reason not to update these hotels for the amount of visitors and what they charge during major college weekends. The staff was very nice. But the owners need to fix this place up. Very disappointing.

We stayed as it’s 45 minutes from The Greenbrier which we visited for a LIV Golf tournament. Spent time in Lexington which a nice historic town with plenty of dining options (10 minutes or so away). The hotel has what you’d expect for mid-level. Restaurant right next door if needed, delivery options too. Not noisy but not the quietest either is only negative - you can hear lots of doors closing and sometimes your neighbors.
