I was charged extra and person didn’t changing my card just wanted to keep change my card that I was out of state and there was a storm in Florida. I had canceled my trip earlier try to leave Florida. Was having trouble getting it canceled With employees but manager over night he was great and help us out

We really like bldg 1100 and how two rooms open up to make a large living space. We like the water park. The sauna and workout room. The pool are pretty far to walk to but it’s worth it to have the two comps together to sleep comfortably

We used this resort to stay one night only after flying into Orlando. It was great to have separate bedrooms for us and plenty of space to relax in our 2 bedroom. The grounds looked fun. We will keep this Hilton resort in mind for future visits.

It was in a nice area near everything that you wanted to buy

Property was perfect for what we needed, unfortunately the water park on site was closed for repairs, which was a bummer as that was the main reason I booked it.

We loved it so much we went for my sons 6th birthday and even though the water park was closed they still had an amazing time !!

The property is close to store and parks. The things we didn't like was the floor was dirty and my wife have to swift it. The room smell.

Quiet and nice for children. Cost of food was pricey on property. Late check - ins and early check outs still in effect after COVID and are extremely inconvenient for air travellers. Should go back to 1 pm check ins and 11 am check outs.

Customer service and workers are wonderful . Woman at the bar was very nice and friendly .

The room is very spacious, clean, very close to restaurants and Publix.

Even better than expected. Rooms were basically like a small apartment with everything you need right there. We were only there for 2 nights but will definitely be back for a longer stay. The property was very secure and the amenities were great. Very kid friendly.

The security person at the pool was completely disrespectful and nasty to most people upon arrival. If I were to buy a timeshare property, it wouldn’t be anywhere where I felt harassed and not comfortable.

Property wasn’t very clean when I arrived but outdoors was very scenic. I did not enjoy how a bunch of amenities were advertised but there was a charge for all them it’s misleading honestly what’s point having amenities if it’s a charge for everything. Lastly I was charged a smoking fee and I never smoked on premises hotel a total rip off

We stayed here for 5 nights in a two bedroom suite in building 600. It was lovely. Only thing I could complain about is no kettle but that’s not a big deal at all. Lovely pools, clean spacious condos. Elevator was extremely slow and hot but that’s just being picky. We would stay here again and certainly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay off site but be close to Disney and amenities.

I loved the tranquility and the scenery.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Pool where the slides were at was awesome. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Nice and clean property they just wouldn’t accommodate a later check out and they were rushing you out.

Water park for the kidz

Rooms need to be clean better than they were had a 3 bedroom and one side with queen bed and sofa bed smell like old urine and dirty mop water. Called and they came righr away to clean it but smell was still there sadly

As usual, we loved our stay at Liki Tiki, it will always be known to us as that. Although we do miss our tiki men (as me and my daughter called them) we love this hotel. the water park is excellent. I do see they are removing certain things like the octopus in the splash pad, which would have been my sons first time, I will have the memories of my daughter playing there. I hope the water park stays the same as this is my daughters favorite. We went for her birthday and her request was liki tiki and an upstairs which we were able to get the condo with the help of your staff. we took a picture with the liki tiki sign since I'm sure will be gone next time we go. we stayed in what looked like a renovated condo and it was soo nice! beautiful! it was perfect especially for the occasion. Looking forward to our next trip. I just wish there were chairs in the upstairs balcony, me and my mom wanted to have coffee up there but we didnt want to bring the chairs upstairs and then bring them back down. i also didnt like i was charged at the bar and didnt get a description of what was being charged. i also wasnt notified tip was included the first time around and double tipped. i know were on vacation but we are not on vacation to blow money as we are all on a budget and we did this for my daughters wishes to go on vacation for her birthday. the next time we went to the bar they did tell me the tip was included.

Washer/dryer in room didnt work. It had been "drying" for nearly 2 hours and was still soaked. Maintenance looked at it; couldnt fix it, told us another maintenence team would be in, in the morning. Told them unacceptable. Im not putting soaking wet clothes in our luggage as our flight left early in a.m. manager comes up, lets us use another unit. Also, doesn't work and by now its 1240am. Manager comes back up asking if we couldnt get in the unit.. told him we could but none are woekijg
