Hotel & rooms are nice, except for the smell. The room smelled like cooking oil/stale grease. I changed to another room, it was a little better, but still had a light smell of stale grease.

Excellent. Kam the front desk check-in associate was friendly & professional. Really a delightful soul to greet guests. Only issue was that the AC fan ran constantly despite the settings. The fan sounded like being on an airplane; made it hard to hear the TV. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place. Great breakfast. Only problem, which needed up being big was there was no room darkening shade in our room. Sun was pretty much blinding in evening and lights from other buildings made it too bright at night. We did not realize a problem until we were unpacked and didn’t realize how bad it was until we were completely settled in so we did not notify desk, as we did not want to, change rooms, which turned out to be a big mistake. Ways to elevate to a higher rating in my book - please vacuum the hallways, wash the elevator floors and clean the elevator doors w stainless steel cleaner. Those three things stood out to me and would have made my stay even better.

Great hotel that’s only a year old. Everything is in brand new condition. The rooms are double the size of regular hotel stays. Resupplying for our road trip was easy because Walmart was next door. Easy access to other businesses or restaurants. The car chargers were taken up by regular gas cars, which were annoying. The hotel should put EV only parking and have staff section it out. The ev chargers are powered by Loop and cost $0.40/kW. Plus a $1 activation fee. Using the app was simple enough and there were 4 available chargers, but 3 spots were taken by gas cars. Down the road there are 8 Tesla superchargers, so it’s not a problem. The buffet breakfast is the real deal! Wonderful food and never ran out. Excellent 1/2 way pit stop for those going from NYC to Orlando.

A beautiful hotel with lots of cool amenities. It’s great to have a full kitchen and spacious closets. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The only problem I had is the the housekeepers turned the ac down to the lowest setting 60 degrees while they were cleaning and never put it back to the setting ot was before. Had to turn the heat on for 1 hour to get the room comfortable again. No other issue.

New hotel, so very clean and modern. The outside patio was a nice place to hang out and socialize. Our room AC was broken, the hotel was completely booked so we couldn't get a new room and maintenance wasn't available. We had to fix it ourselves and it still didn't work great. Breakfast isn't impressive, sausage tasted like hot dogs. Overall, pretty mediocre.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was laid out well and very clean. Not really fond of breakfast items. A lot of garlic and seasoning used. There was a lot of kids staying at the same time which monopolized the only waffle machine. On check out, there was only a person from the kitchen which wasn’t able to check us out. But overall, we enjoyed our stay…

Love this brand. But it’s a fairly new hotel and the wallpaper was peeling and the TV was glitching. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Staff was excellent and the hotel was well maintained ! My only downfall is that I wish there was more toiletries supples .

New hotel. Clean, friendly staff coming in and out. We stayed in a deluxe suite with a kitchen and sofa bed, king bed, desk. Pillows are flat, mattress too soft. I understand some like soft mattresses, take what you need with that information. We did notice some buckling in ceiling in our room, we were on the 5th floor. I’d stay again. and would recommend this location for others.
