Stayed with a friend - had a courtyard junior suite. Very comfortable, but the only thing I would suggest is to put reflector strips on the edges of the stairs leading to bedroom. I missed the last step going down as the light switch was at the bottom of the stairs - not good. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again as it is close to everything and many good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were more that accommodating - Giorgio, Tiziano, Roman, Harold - they could not have been kinder. Wonderful experience. Grazie!

River Palace was a great place to stay for our 3 days in Rome. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants and a cab-ride away from major attractions. Our room was beautiful (even navigating the spiral staircase was fine). The front desk staff (sorry I didn’t get any names)was so welcoming and helpful and made us feel special. Simon, the bartender, was great. Breakfast was fresh, constantly replenished and delicious. They made us delicious cappuccinos on request. Would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is near the subway and walking distance to restaurants. The room had stains in the carpet which gave a very bad appearance but it was clean. The shower was inside a bathtub so didn’t have a door just half covered the bathtub so it was very messy with water going all over the floor. The breakfast was very good! Staff were very nice and helpful!

This hotel had all the atmosphere you could ask for! It looked like a movie set! Some of our group's rooms had balconies and the amount of marble in the place was incredible! Little off the beaten path but we loved that and it was really magical! Great staff and bar too! Breakfast was the best!

Only downside was our room looked out on to the street and tram line was right outside our room, which meant getting to slwwp was quite difficult.

Very nice place, good breakfast and facilities. The room was small but comfortable. Maybe the different thing is that you have to use two elevators to go from the lobby to the second floor and a different one to go from the second floor to the rest of the building and they are a bit small, which creates waiting lines in the morning after breakfast on the second floor.

This hotel was in a good location for the sights. The staff was very helpful. The room was nice. But…the room is a small bedroom accessible by a tight spiral staircase to the seconds floor. The bathroom is on the first. Floor. Separate they are both nice. The staircase can be a problem if you have mobility issues. We did not so we took care in minimizing our ups and downs.

A bottle of wine was left in our room to enjoy at our leisure. The only two downsides our room only had a tub no shower and we could not control the AC. Needed to call the front desk to adjust. But overall our stay was very pleasant and would stay again.
