Everything would be better if the staff was more pleasant and helpful; they need more hospitality training on how to interact with clients not only not being helpful but also rude" the building plus rooms need very much attention owner should pay more attention to detail; there's so much potential to this place i just think it has wrong staff and management to this wonderful place.

It was a great hotel and neighborhood very close to mostly everything in San Juan which was great and also had small private like beach areas close by which was great for some alone time in the water lol

This is hotel is more for a one or two nights business stay. I would not recommend it for a vacation. First of all, in Puerto Rico if you dont rent a car you will not get anywhere. Public transport is terrible and taxis are expensive. There is no parking on the property. They charged $15 a day for parking is across the street, not difficult if it were not because and we had to wait until they see you to open the door. They said to call when ready to get out but we were trapped for 15 minutes because no one was answering the door or looking at us to open. Really bad system. The neighborhood has not much to do, therefore we had to drive out to do anything. Few good places to eat. If you are willing to walk 20 or more minutes in 100 degree heat or pouring rain, there is some action, otherwise I would not recommend this hotel, no amenities in or around.

It was an awesome stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate an accessible room for my father. My only complaint is the TV froze since everything was a streaming service. Other than will stay here in the future.

Small property with dated rooms, we were moved to a king room which was better. It's close to everything... that's a plus. Renovations would make it much better and a pool would be great! Staff was very helpful. August 2nd-7th

This hotel is among my main selection when visiting San Juan due to the location which is magnificent. Quite a few top-of-the-line restaurants a stone-throw away. However, the building itself has a problem with the showers. In almost all of my previous stays the water does not drain. Also, internet is not very good and this time it did not work at all.

This hotel is a historic gem. It wasn’t our first choice of where we were to stay, but ended up being the best option. It’s not a new facility, but very clean and the morning and evening staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was immaculate very clean and we received the best house keeping service who kept our room very clean on a daily basis! The rooftop view is a priceless gift!
