Really beautiful hotel in the center of Prague. It is clearly a historic building, although the rooms don’t feel old or dated.
The highlight was the breakfast and particularly the guitar player who serenaded us during the breakfast

Very comfortable rooms and great staff. Great location for being walking distance to train station and Old Town but still in a quiet area. When maintenance was needed, they did prompt work. I had the one room which had no proper shower curtain or barrier so it was annoying that water would get all over the washroom and there is a warped wooden cabinet because of that . I hope they finally renovate that.

Some personnell is rejoycingly accesible and helpful, some counter staff in night shift less so. It is so sad to ask something routineways , not being listened to, after repeating being asked to wait and then being put off, even with other kind of requests afterwards, without faulting respect or any conceivable reason.

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Pavlina on the front desk: nothing was too much trouble. Maria in Guest Services also excellent.
The hotel is clean, breakfast is everything you could possibly want and there’s a beautiful swimming pool.

Amazing Hotel and great location. Staff was extremely good especially Lenka who helped get us an excellent room and also Luqman who was at the night shift catering to many requests with a very hospitable and professional manner!

The stay was average, but I believe your staff does need some training in serving guests. A simple example was when I asked one of your front desk staff members, what was in the welcome drink, the response was “I don’t know” and walked away.
