Due to catastrophic weather in my area, I was not able to travel. I contacted the hotel to rebook but was told the staff would not be available until the next day (5 hour time difference). When we finally reached the hotel, I was told that there were no available rooms for rebooking and that the hotel would not refund me due to their strict cancellation policy.
It should be noted that to date more than 70 people have died due to the hurricane that delayed my flight. I would have been happy to rebook my stay at any other time (even by one day) if the hotel was willing to work with me.

I was amazed by the beauty of the hotel ! People were amazing, room was big enough (deluxe room), loved the spa, gym, pool, hot tub, hammam and sauna, all included.

We had a fantastic stay at Altis Grand. The staff were very friendly and responded quick to all my queries. The air conditioning in my room was not working, it was taken care as soon as I highlighted at the front desk. The rooms were very clean. The pool and jacuzzi was fantastic.
All the main Lisbon attractions were at walking distance.

We have just checked out of the hotel today after a 5-night stay. The service at the reception was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful and clean (at the beginning of our stay). However, after only 2 nights, the cleaning of the room started to decline. Our bed linen was not changed for the last 3 nights, and we did not receive fresh towels, bathrobes, or toiletries, which forced us to contact the reception to request them. If this issue had occurred for just 1 night, it would have been acceptable, but when it affects 3 out of 5 nights, it is very unsatisfactory. It simply cannot be right that we had to approach the reception every evening to get the missing items; things should just work seamlessly instead. We are therefore quite disappointed with the overall stay due to this cleaning issue.

people are not good at service for a supposed hotel of "luxury", the guest service persons doesn't even smile and are like "tired" to be asked questions.
