When we arrived we were given a room on the third floor. The whole floor was under construction. There were chemical fumes from the elevator to the hallway. There were men working every where. Some were using heavy equipment such as a wheelbarrow. A workmen almost ran into us with a wheelbarrow of loaded with debris. The fumes were all in our room. All the room doors were opened and you could see the men at work as well as chemicals near the doors. We could hardly breathe as tried to endure the construction and fumes.My husband and I are seniors. Why would she give us this room. We went back to the front desk to ask for a change of room or a refund. I asked her he she knew she had put us in a construction area. She replied that was the only room they had available because we checked in too early. She could have told us to come back. She finally gave us a room on the fish floor. In this room we found bugs and one day our bed was not made. Every night when we returned back to the room we had to ask for bath towels. The toilet in the bathroom was too low even for a young customer. We did not enjoy this visit. Hopefully the next visit will be better.

We booked from the car online while driving. the website indicated that the property had a pool and gym. we booked. when we arrived the pool and the gym were under renovation. this should have been disclosed online, if it was we would not have booked. i asked the desk agent for compensation back for the inconvenience and was told she would let me know. she never did. alsp, breakfast was until 9. but do to the many construction workers staying there, breakfast was gone by 815

The lady at the desk was rude. The hotel is run down. Our room smelled so bad. It’s in horrible shape and they made me put a $100 incidental deposit down. For what? That room was crap. So dirty. Doors didn’t shut properly. Halls were disgusting and so was the only elevator that worked. Shower was rusty and rotten. White stuff on carpet. Room was very musky smelling and humid. Pretty sure the lady at the front desk is up to something. No one has ever taken a copy of my drivers license like that. Don’t stay here. It’s nasty. I thought this would be a nice place because of the brand but it’s a crap hole! I felt dirty after staying there. Your feet get dirty from the carpet. And we had mold on the bed!! Pics to prove it.

I had a one night stay and found the hotel under construction. The room had a stuffy/moldy smell. I later realized the a/c had leaked and left the carpet soaked, hence the smell. The hotel is showing its age for sure. I have stayed here several times and always found it to be ok, but this time i was disappointed.

I booked and paid thtough expedia. When i got there she said we need to paid an additional 100 case is bast. We didnt have cash. When i looked on my credir card she took 1000.00 not 100.00. The plasce was under construction, the pool was closed. The bed felt wet wehn we got in it. Will not stay there again.

The hotel was not bad for the price. Room was clean and staff was nice. Pool area and workout area were completely closed the whole 5 nights I was there.

Never again ..cracks in walls, dead bugs in the bathroom run down. I prepaid this room and when I arrived they said I needed to pay an additional 100.00 fee either cash or credit..they called it an incidental fee incase I trashed the room. This was rediculos.

I think the rooms needed to be cleaned. My sister found a toenail in her room & the carpet in my room (324) I don’t think was ever vacuumed before we arrived. My feet turned black.

It’s next to theater so the weekend had a little traffic indoor pool is nice I slept fine everyone including other guests were quite friendly and it made for a pleasant stay

The room needs a serious make over. Carpet was warn so that the basic threads were shown.
The furniture was filthy. Dirty with stains.
The saving grace was the help at breakfast and check-in. Finally, the room smelled.

When we entered our hotel room, the toilet had not been flushed. There was make-up residue stains on one of the pillowcases and a sticky substance which we think was peanut butter was on the nightstand. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and offered to put us in another room. Upon opening the door to the new room, the mold and mildew stench was horrible. So we declined to move.
She was VERY friendly & got us fresh new pillowcases, and we cleaned the room furniture ourselves with Lysol wipes.
The front desk clerk said she would talk to her manager about any compensation for our room, but we did not hear anything.

Our non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet hair embedded in the carpet of the room The bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper and no refill. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The room did not have access with a key card like every other room on the property. When I took the kids to the pool they told me I need a key but “don’t let the door close behind you”. The gym had nothing but a scale. In the morning our physical key would not let us back into the room. When I notified the staff they were extremely rude to me and insulted my intelligence. It was the worst overnight stay of my life.

Nice place to stay. However, the bathtub in our room was extremely slippery. I feel out of the tub and were it not for the shower curtain Slowing my fall I could have injured myself. The tubs should have some type of anti-slip surface in them.
This could have been a law suit in the making.
