Waiting for my luggage back at Heathrow and am missing the wonderful Amarande Hotel already.
Oxana, Guest relations and the rest of the front of house team made my welcome and departure a fabulous memory.
The hotel is my new fave (used to use the Sunrise Pearl and Jade nearby!) but the staff and set up throughout far exceeds whatever they offered.
Twice in one year so far. Back again v soon.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing. The only criticism we can say we were half board and they did not include any soft drinks or more importantly water which is inexpensive and I believe water should be supplied as a courtesy.

Another wonderful stay at the Amarande. It was my 3rd stay and was fantastic as always. Any issues were resolved quickly. A special thank you to the long standing staff at the restaurant and their traditional Cypriot hospitality. In terms of food and cocktails there is no better hotel in Ayia Napa hence why I don't usually leave the hotel. I hope that the hotel keeps up their 5 star service for the years to come. It would be even better if their was a loyalty scheme in place for frequent visitors.

I loved my stay here so much! It is an unforgettable place with beautiful views, I suggest getting a view of the seaside and pool! The staff was so kind and generous. I was very helpful and can speak multiple languages including Russian, which I appreciated! I loved the inside of the hotel and the peaceful location also! Best place in Ayia Napa!!!! I will be back!

I loved my stay here so much! It is an unforgettable place with beautiful views, I suggest getting a view of the seaside and pool! The staff was so kind and generous. Cleanliness was exceptional. All the staff were very polite and always available to assist. The food in each of the restaurants was superb, especially The Ezra fine dining experience.
The only negative is that some of the younger front line staff were less knowledgable than the more experienced staff.

Hotel itself is beautiful but we were two friends staying in a twin room and the beds were absolutely tiny (<80cm wide). we were constantly afraid that we would fall off. I would expect better for a 5 star hotel to have been better equipped.
Also as a gold member, i thought i would get an upgrade based on availability which there was but unfortunately i did not.

Our second consecutive year staying at the Amarande, and once again the staff, facilities and food were sublime.
The old adage, ‘you get what you pay for’ you are treated exceptionally well here from the reception to restaurant staff - even the bar and porters are beautiful people who go above and beyond to make your stay special. Five starts. 10 out of 10. Exceptional. See you again next year!
