So close to the waterfront. A city you can walk in and the whole stay was so relaxing.

Wasn’t offered my upgrade for being a gold member of hotels.com but was given the smallest room. No view, tiny basic room, little storage, bathroom shower has been used and not cleaned. Toilet tool wasn’t new roll, had used tube of conditioner opened and left on side. Towels were thin and bad quality, and I can’t be certain but I found hairs in my bed and don’t think it had fresh sheets on. They were wrinkled and looked slept in. Not impressed at all. I booked another night on check in and now regret it. Also no VIP axels voucher offered or any perks ,, really wanted to love this place. But at over €330.00 a night for a tiny basis room I’m very very disappointed. Air conditioning wast up to the job and the the gentleman they sent to replace the shower gell didn’t speak English so I couldn’t explain the problem. Finally the phone by the bed kept beeping on and off all night to a stage I just had to unplug it. Noise from sweet steepers at 5 am also just made it worse. So so sorry but this isn’t a 5 star room or service. I travel the world in 5 star hotels. This except from the lobby. Wasn’t one

Reception is on the ball. Nice touch for a glass of cava and thank you for upgrade.Room was very nice , comfortable and modern. Linen and towels top grade. Rooms need a bit more thourough inspection by management. As toilet door was out of the guide rail , wires hanging out of television. Settee faces away from television seems odd. On our floor there was sand outside the lift for 2 days. All little things but for 5 star needs more attention. The water as a leaving gift especially eco friendly was a very nice touch. Thank you to all the staff we know hotel work is tough.

A modern hotel in a perfect location of Allicante, helpful staff, spacious and well designed rooms. We enjoyed our stay and liked everything about this hotel except that the air conditioning is centrally controlled so you cannot adjust the temperature in your room.

DO NOT STAY DURING THE SUMMER! What a really lovely hotel. Stay is good. The location is second to none. Bed is cozy. Love the shower/bath combo. However, they do not allow you to cool the room lower than 24° which is ridiculous. You have to keep the curtains closed at all times - even if you have a view - to try to keep the room as cool as possible. (24°C=75.2°F) So, it is not good for cooling off from the outside heat and humidity and it is not good for sleeping. I checked twice with the hotel and both times was told that it won’t go lower, but that it might cool down more at night. It doesn’t! Absolutely ludicrous to restrict your guests from having a cool room when on summer holiday.

Reception greeting is always lovely. Smiles, greetings, and very warm welcome back. Mor is such an asset, helpful with all our luggage and akways a smile. The professionalism and warmth we receive are the reason we keep returning. A fabulous hotel. Thank you all. R&D
