My stay was great - breakfast was great but not to much to choose from on dinner menu- staff was very accommodating.

The room was smaller than I thought. I got the room with snacks and drink and only got that the night we checked in. The breakfast was cold and disgusted, bagel wasn't toasted, the toast was forgotten and when brought no butter. The coffee was ok. For the price paid I expected better.

I booked the premium room with drinks and snacks we received the drinks but no snacks. The one man at the front desk was kinda rude I felt, but being from Florida it could just be a cultural difference.

WE STAYED IN ROOM 506 AND THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT SHUT. WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR A QUICK OVERNIGHT STAY. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Their airport shuttle stops at 945p. This should be clearly advertised since it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Nowhere mentioned on their website. I had a late arrival and ended up taking a cab. Otherwise it was comfortable though the bathtub had what looked like toothpaste stuck to one side. Next time I have an overnight at JFK I'll look elsewhere.

Hotel was convenient to JFK - my bathroom toilet continued to have a pressure flush all night which kept me from a good night sleep

Shuttle service doesn't start until 5am. Restaurant on site didn't accept cash. I am a Hilton Honors member but because i wasn't silver, gold or diamond status the bottled water was not complimentary, it was $3.00. Wouldn't stay here again.

It’s by the airport, so that convenient, but there’s nothing in the area at all and the bfast is too expensive for what it is. The front desk needs more staff. There was only one person at desk and there were at least six people in line. Too much for one person.

Stopover for us travelling again next day to our final destination. This hotel was good for an overnight stay and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I loved our room, very comfortable. I slept well with the A/C drowning out the traffic outside. However the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, anytime the shower was used the entire bathroom floor would flood with water, and the toilet repeatedly wouldn't flush so maintenance had to come twice to try and fix it.

This hotel did the job for what we needed - late check in and then an early check out before a morning flight.
The airport transit was regular and on time.
I would absolutely stay here again.
Only call out would be we spotted our room clock was incorrect and an hour behind plus we didn’t receive the hotel wake up call we had requested. Not an issue for us because of alarm set on phone but it could cause someone who needs to catch a flight a lot of stress if dependent on hotel resources! Ps. Updated the room clock and the hotel were very apologetic about the wake up call glitch!
