Overall this is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are beyond helpful and helped coordinate our lost luggage. The only knock on this place is the beds firmness. It was too much for me and my 5 month pregnant wife. If you like firm beds, this is THE hotel to stay in Budapest.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen well! The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring all the sites of Budapest. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough to help. The restaurant is exceptional too!

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We arrived a couple of hours early and they were able to allow us to check in and get a much needed nap. It is a very walkable location where you can get to the major attractions with 20-25 minutes by foot.

This Hotel was classy, the customer service was amazing, and the bartender was really awesome! The location was perfect and their car service to the airport, perfection!

The hotel is just as described and pictured. Staff were friendly and quite professional and willing to go out of their way to help and accommodate their guests. Reception was quick to notice we didn’t have umbrellas and ran out to give us one. They offered lemonade in the reception to beat the heat and was a nice refreshment to unwind from a long day. The design and layout of the hotel was different from most but had a unique touch. We did not have trouble hailing a taxi nor did taxis have trouble finding the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Although the menu was the same throughout the stay it did give us a nice start to explore the city. Hands down great experience and would recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prestige Hotel. The decor is modern and luxurious, the bed was very comfortable and the service exceptional. We found the breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. We would fully recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Hotel is a 2 or 3 wide brownstone like residence. Rooms and hallways are small but comfy for sleeping Location for Belgrave is great...near pimlico underground station but walkable ( with some effort to Kensington palace and Big Ben area) Would certainly stay again Staff very accommodating

I should have requested a room with a bath tub, not just a shower. The descriptions on the rooms should have been clearly stated that all standard rooms only come with a shower. We were disappointed we could not upgrade to a better room for the entire stay.

The room and common areas are beautiful. It is elegant and has a good restaurant. The staff are top notch. Everyone speaks English. Great location and great price.

This hotel is fabulous. We were greeted by courteous staff and everything was perfect with the room. Close to the Viking cruise ships. Would stay again.

This hotel has become my favourite place to stay in Budapest. Great location, beautiful, clean and professional, helpful and welcoming staff.

Staff was very polite and helpful (Tomas was a very professional young man). Location was perfect! The shower/bath was a little difficult to direct and to get out of (for older people like me) but overall I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Thanks!

Really nice front-desk staff who provided a two-level room upgrade to us, even though we arrived prior to check in. And nice hotel with excellent onsite restaurant!
