I would highly recommend the hotel for business or pleasure. Its very centrally located, yet you could not hear any outside noise from the bedrooms which was great. All the staff we encountered were excellent, friendly and helpful but not pretentious at all. I hear its a favourite of George Clooney's although sadly we didnt see him!

We had a delightful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating and did everything to make our stay pleasant and convenient. They made or confirmed dinner reservations, comped us with some well-appreciated niceties and even helped me print out our boarding passes. They gave excellent directions to places and to public transportation (including providing complimentary transit passes--in hard copy). We cannot recommend this property enough!

This is a traditional 5-star hotel set deep in the Old Town of Geneva. Very friendly and attentive staff - nothing too much trouble. The facilities in the room were modern and excellent (best shower award for example) and the breakfast is to die for. The restaurant for dinner was delightful with all the Swiss delicacies beautifully cooked and served by friendly and helpful staff
Only one niggle - our room faced inwards to a tiny enclosed green platform with no street view and not even able to see the sky which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Did we get that room because we got a great price via Expedia? I don’t know.
But to be clear, this is a fabulous place to stay in Geneva. Highly recommended.

Chique boutique hotel in Geneva’s old town. Our room was reasonably spacious and exactly as illustrated by the pictures. The old town is very charming with good restaurants and sights to see. The associated restaurant was also great, we enjoyed a fantastic meal there and the place was hopping even on a Sunday night out of season.

This hotel is just as cute and quaint as can be. Really really helpful staff! So cute and comfortable. We didn’t love the restaurant but the hotel itself I would stay again for sure!!!

This property did not have sound proofing.
Had to wear noise cancelling headphones every night I stayed.
I was woken up at 4:30 am by the room next door getting ready to check out.
You will not get a good sleep here.

Every member of staff was welcoming and friendly. Its location iin the old town is perfect and quiet and it has a memorably good restaurant.

This hotel is in an excellent location compared to the busy main streets where the Four Seasons is and its less expensive. Hotel Les Armures in a much more quant and quiet part of the City. Breakfast was a bit pricy, but alternatives are plentiful. Just google coffee near me and enjoy. Plenty of pastries shops and coffee nearby. One such breakfast place was called Chou, about a 1 mile walk from the hotel and worth the walk.

I loved my stay here! My only small comment is if you want ultimate privacy just note to them that you don’t want to be facing the square on a low floor. People were looking right in my window : ). But it was ok for me.
The location was perfect and the staff of course made me feel like anything I needed was available. The hotel is small so the service is really personal. See you again Les Armures friends!

We had an absolutely wonderful one night stay on our last night of vacation in Switzerland! Our room was beautiful and spacious. The staff and service were incredible! I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing boutique hotel close to many tourist attractions. Welcome from staff was warm and accommodating. The hotel is classy and cozy. The restaurant is fantastic - try one of the fondues!!!
