A wonderful boutique property. The service was wonderful and possibly the best breakfast I have had in my entire life! I was unable to eat at the Michelin star restaurant; gives me a reason to go back. Truly a wonderful stay.

From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel like we didn’t exist. They didn’t even get us a reservation in the hotels own restaurant even though we asked 1 month in advance. The staff did not say bonjour or even look up when we arrived. We asked for them to assist us with bookings and they were not helpful at all. If staying in this region Domaines Les Crayères is the best of the best. They were not available this year and unfortunately we choose this hotel. We will not make that mistake again. If you are not French, do not bother unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

The hotel is very nice and luxurious. Unfortunatelly the restaurant was fully booked this time, but we had already eaten there twice before and the food is absolutely fantastic. Highly recomend the restaurant and now the hotel.

Visiting champagne houses during the day and dining in this most amazing restaurant in the evening is just perfect. 1.5 hours from CDG is the amazing city of Reims with Epernay just a short drive away. I don't want to say too much more because I want to be able to stay here again!

The hotel is amazing. Expensive but worth it. The bar and restaurant is fabulous. The only down part was the shower in our room. It was over the bath and small. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel of this caliber

This was an incredible hotel. The grounds were amazing with sculptures everywhere and many private areas to relax and enjoy. The room and views from everywhere on the property were spectacular. Exceptional staff and absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

Only stayed for one night but all 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service was excellent. The restaurant and food was fabulous and the environment and facilities were great. Would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

options could be improved - in need of buffet breakfast and more casual dining (aside from the their michelin restaurant which was fully booked). We went to Domaine les Crayères for breakfast and dinner - food and service was superb. Better to stay there.

South America on a backpacking tour 25 years ago. Simply no force in it and definitely not something I would expect in a hotel of such a level (outside the bedroom).

Gem tucked in a gated private area. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. Service was fantastic and room spacious. Really enjoyed breakfast there too. Close to areas to go champagne tasting
