I was very disappointed that there were no disabled parking spaces at the front of the hotel and that I was asked to pay for underground parking as soon as I registered at the reception. Many other hotels offer free parking for disabled guests and these are often located very close to the reception.

The room was as per pictures on the website, basic and dated but clean, the cleaners called every day and were very friendly. Air conditioning worked well in the room and the room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff not so approachable, breakfast included, very average, pool area was always overcrowded and uncomfortable. No towels provided for pool. Location was ok, 15 min walk to beach, 20 minute walk to water park.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Good sized outdoor pool . Gym well equipped The food however was lukewarm even though we were there at the opening time. Very disappointed as we have stopped there before in 2019 and food was exceptional.

Stayed here from 8th - 15th April. Hotel very clean with new towels and room cleaned every day. Pleased with the hotel food options, great selection of hot and cold fresh food. The main issue was the noise. We were one of only a few families staying at the hotel, with mainly groups of children on school trips throughout our stay. The noise at night was ridiculous with children shouting from their balconies, running up and down the corridors and playing music. We had to ask the people next door to stop shouting at 1am. Had to unplug the hotel room after receiving prank calls at 3am. It felt more like a youth hostel than a family hotel, certainly not what we were looking for. Spoke to a lady on reception about how hot the room was and we were told the air conditioning would be turned on in June, very rude and not helpful at all. Obviously we couldn’t have the balcony door open due to the noise... Feeling very disappointed as we had an amazing time in Salou. Will be back again next year but will certainly not be staying here! Unless you are 15 and on a school trip, stay somewhere else!

My wife and I booked a room with a double bed (or 2 single bed if not available). We have been offered a room with a bed of 130cm of width that can be arguably considered for more then a person. After complaining at the reception we have been told in a very rude manner that by law in Spain a bed with 130 cm width is considered for 2 people, so after more complains we have been finally offered another room with 2 single beds having the same size of the previous one. The restaurant area for the shared breakfast is disappointing: it's very bad organized , few cheap food options, very long queues for both the coffee machine (only 1 working out of 3) and the juice machine. There is only 2 elevatosr serving each building so very long queues also on that. The fridge bar in the room is locked and once you ask for the key to open it at the reception it is empty , so i struggle to understand what is the meaning of the lock. The wifi connection would only work for email. The most disappointing part has been the cleaning stuff: since 11am they came in three times in our room without even knocking the door when both me and my wife were naked, although we had the room locked from the inside. Such a big violation of our privacy. There were no do not disturb signs available in the room and despite of telling the cleaning stuff not to bother us they came over and over again even giggling finding out we were naked. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD!

Regina gran is too far away from the centre of Salou and the beach and I don't recommend it for couples. There are mainly families staying here in August with screaming, unsupervised children in the pool and restaurant. The Pool area is too small for all of the guests as are the toilets, which are disgusting. (Only two ladies toilets) Staff are really rude, on day three of our holiday we were turned away from the restaurant and told we were breakfast only. I disputed this with reception and tried to show them that we had booked half board, we were told to return the next morning and therefore couldnt eat there that evening! The next day we asked again and the lady on the desk said it was a mistake on the computer- no apology. There were many more examples of rude staff that we experienced too. It was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Choose somewhere else.
