Lovely hotel. Great staff. Loads of space in our suite. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment but don't let that put you off. Well worth a visit.

Check in was very smooth and was more than satisfactory with Arianna. Miguel, also a front desk employee, was personable and helpful on our check-out the next morning.

Check-in with Enrique went very smoothly. He was very personable and friendly. He gave us a very nice room.
The next morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and our check-out with Nuria went smoothly. She confirmed our next stay with them and called a taxi to take us to the airport.

On arrival we were allocated a room on the ground floor. It transpired there was some refurbishment work nearby which was too noisy for us. I discussed with reception and they quickly responded by allocating us a different room on floor five with a stunning view . They were so helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you. Rooms are clean and staff helpful and friendly.

Stayed at this hotel a few times, staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired but I understand that the hotel is closing for several minutes for refurbishment.

Family hotel. Great service from the hotel staff. both the attention at reception and in the restaurant was impeccable.
The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and varied.
The only negative aspect is that the room needed a renovation (both painting and repairs, mainly the bathroom). The sofa bed was old and full of stains and dirt.

Loved the options of activities at the hotel. Victor at the front desk was amazing and friendly. All the staffs actually were great and friendly!

The food in the all inclusive buffet was amazing best Iv had at an all inclusive! Very fresh!

We originally booked a standard room, but at check-in we asked for a seaview room with double bed. This was an upgraded room but well worth it. The room had two double beds and a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle.

Have stayed several times at hotel, staff are lovely, reception, pool areas spotless. Dining room great. Bedrooms are a bit tired and need some refurbishment. Will return.

Double room was suite sized, and had a big balcony. The gym is a bit small, but there is good dining around the area and a supermarket if you just need a few things. Room was clean, my shower was in a tub so not the best showering expiernce, but overall good.
