I enjoyed staying here. As a female traveler I felt very safe. The restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday and Monday however they helped me find other restaurant options. It was a lovely stay.

Great experience! We booked last minute and got a same day booking. We couldn’t make it until after hours and the staff got everything ready in advance and left us detailed instructions on how to get in, get parked and get into our room.

A stunning property, with a very attentive staff. Very quiet, carpeted rooms which look down into a historic sunlit courtyard. The breakfast was a great experience, along with their amazing Michelin star restaurant. Overall an incredible hotel experience

We stayed in the only front balcony looking out on the street and did not realize it was the number 2 attraction in Colmar (The House of Heads). It was so much fun. The bountiful breakfast was awesome both mornings also.

This property is NOT a five star hotel by any means. It’s a three star on a good day. One person working there at front desk. No valet, bell boys , concierge. The room as sub par and dangerous. Very low beams everywhere. Carpet is dirty and smelly. We stayed one night and decided to leave and they wouldn’t refund our second night. Don’t be fooled.

Hotel is located in a unique historical building. It’s centerally located in the old town. Staff was attentive and made sure we had reservations or suggestions to restaurants. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was simple and delicious, part of the room rate and the complimentary baked pastry was mmmm….😋 along with one gifted to us on departure.

Perfect stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful inn. And the food was fantastic. A special thank you to Chef Girardin for his personal warm welcome. We look forward to returning.

I only suggest put something on the bath room floor and bath tub because they are very slippery.

They even packed a magnificent breakfast for us when we had to get to the airport before the regular breakfast hours. Our street view was incredible with all the decorations twinkling (including the outside of the hotel) and the market down the street. The beds were ultra comfortable and the room very quiet even with the holiday makers below us. We can not say enough about this wonderful oasis. It was truly a magical stay. To our friends at La Maison des Tetes: Joyeuse Noel! You have certainly helped make ours a Merry Christmas season!
