Large group stay: 6 rooms. Less than desirable property. No hot water. Breakfast was poor. Locks on doors malfunctioned: Guests were locked out of and sometimes locked inside of rooms. Some locks were torn off the doors. Staff knew of the problem and would accompany us to/from the rooms. Some doors would not fully close. Property is next to a trash dump. Switches on lamps were broken so lighting was not good in the rooms. Property felt unsafe. Advertising makes it look much nicer than it is. The online photos are deceptive.

We had an issue at check in day with the room, it was remedied the next day thanks to Hotels.com intervention, we want to thank Mrs. Xiomara for helping us with the room issues and for her understanding, kindness and professionalism. This hotel’s best attribute is it’s central location, closed to main roads, restaurants, supermarkets and other stores.

I had a bad experience during my stay at this hotel. The food was terrible and I had no room service for days. I had to keep on going back and forth to the front desk to get towels. There was a language barrier where no one was able to communicate in English. That was bad…

From entering and until checkout it was perfect! Staff is super friendly. Car was parked in front parking lot. Security is provided. At checkout staff even took photos of us without any hesitations..Its a very good place for very good price! Id stay here again and again!

Hotel is old and dated could use renovation. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was walking distance to many stores and restaurants.
