We usually stay at Mi Cabo . We wanted to try something different. This property is very nice and very clean with great rooms. What we didn’t like was that it was an older crowd, very quiet and expensive. The thing that irritated me the most was there was no water in the rooms or the facilities. If you want water, you had to go to the store and buy it. Also anything you get there is extremely expensive. I tried to order water from room service and they want to charge me $12. That’s ridiculous.

We've stayed in a lot of resorts around the world and this was one of the nicest we've stayed in. The service and staff top notch, everywhere from the front desk to the towel person. The rooms beautiful, large perfect for a family of 3 with an adult child needing some privacy of their own! Loved it!!!

Despite being a good hotel in terms of facilities, the feeling my wife and I got was of discomfort.

We had a flight cancellation, so chose to stay here for one night. It was such a fantastic property, we're already planning to go back here. The cleanliness was like no other, and the staff were so polite and courteous. Room was spacious, with great fixtures and excellent upkeep. The grounds are spotless, and there's absolutely no fighting over day beds or loungers around the pool (they have a great policy posted). There are plenty of options for families to lay out, or enjoy the suspended day beds on the beach. Every corner of this property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. My only complaint was the rigid 11:00 am checkout time. I should have the option to pay a small fee for 1-2 hours later check-out.

Horrible bellman They pushing you to use they transportation only if you use Uber and taxi they r not allowed pick from hotel and walk outside also most bellman rude and disrespectful Over all hotel perfect

I booked this room on expedia using a discover card, however, when I checked in, I was told the hotel didn't accept the card. I think there needs to be more communication between the hotel and expedia. What if that was the only card that I traveled with? Overall, the property was nice and I felt safe. The morning of checking out, my card was charged an additional fee even though I had a credit which was to be applied during checkout. Suffice it to say, the security and that addt'l charge is still pending on my card.

Overall a beautiful property and nice stay. Unfortunately, cash was stolen out of my wallet by staff in our room. Manager Karol C and security got involved, investigation and interviews with their house keepers were done, nothing was found, and management explained to me there was nothing else further they could do but to escalate it to a different company they use for these types of situations if I desired. I asked them to initiate a case for me, but still haven’t heard back. I was initially told they would not be able to compensate me for my loss, supervisor Larissa called me the day of check out and honored partial credit back to my room. I would not have expected this type of service with this resort and was not impressed with how everything was handled. It put a damper on our stay, and made us on edge and weary of their staff. So my recommendation is to definitely use the safe!

Bar staff wasn’t too attentive on palapa stools in the middle pool area -it took a long time to order from them. Other Pool staff was good and timely and attentive. Foods overpriced at resort. Would be nice to be able to eat at the resort if more affordable. Javier’s was never busy - we heard because the prices. Beautiful restaurant and area just overpriced so we only had a drink each which was pretty expensive and that was near $70 for 3 margaritas. Not all inclusive and they make it hard to eat and drink there with the high prices. Room had 3 people but amenities were for 2 ppl. Needed extra glass towels coffee cups etc. each day. Been twice but probably won’t return to this property unless the price can’t be beat. Not a timeshare or points owner. Wish I could say I loved it because it’s beautiful but we visit often and other resorts have been more pleasant for us. Resort is clean.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The upkeep on this property is amazing (Maintenance Fees). We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse and it had amazing ocean/pool view from any window. The service was excellent!! The only negative experience I had was at check in, we arrived right at 3pm and our room was not ready, it was not ready till after 5:30pm (Waiting in a non air conditioned lobby for 2 1/2 hours at 100 degrees tends to get people a little edgy ( Several guest waiting as well). General manager Sebastien Arnaud should have a plan to manage this customer experience better, ignoring customers at check in should not be a best practice.

We stay here every year. Property is gorgeous. Great location if you want to go downtown/off property. Staff is wonderful

Definitely I love everything about Cabo Azul mostly because my kids had a great and fun time. Food was delicious. Probably the only thing that I might say we didn’t like it there beaches are not accessible to swim but other than that it was at 10/10 thank you.
