This appears to be a very new hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are very nice, roomy, clean, and modern, and the breakfast was very nice. The only reason for the 4 star review is that during our stay, in the morning there was a strong and persistent sewer smell on the 3rd floor.

Homemade yogurt with blueberries was excellent at breakfast. Staff was great. Would like better quality sheets on the bed, that is my only complaint. Maybe they can work on that. Sheets are kind of thin.

We will not stay here again. The hotel lost our reservation. We had to book another room at the front desk. Of course, this cost us more money than what we paid for the original booking. Then we needed to extend our stay. One person told us we could stay in our same room. We just needed to check out and then check in again. That was fine with us. When it came time for us to check out, a different person told us we needed to vacate our room. We told him what the other person said. Of course, this gentleman was unhelpful and uncaring. He would not honor what his colleague said. We had to move into a smaller room. We had no complaints with the hotel itself hince the two star rating. The issue was bad customer service by the hotel front desk. The gentleman does not know how to treat customers. If you’re in Vicksburg, do not stay here.

Very nice atmosphere. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, nice rooms and sitting area and pool area. Would book there again. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and in good condition. Breakfast was superb. Convenient to interstate for travel. We had to turn the A/C down fairly low to get the moisture out of the air. It was damp if we didn’t keep it kind of cold. That was the only issue. The bed was very comfortable. Stocked kitchen area.

Would not stay here again unless on the top floor(floor 4). We stayed on floor 3 and dealt with noise from floor 4 both nights we were there. Everything else was good , service, breakfast etc.
