The hotel is clean but old. Room air condition was perfect but bathroom needs more renovation. Seats on the balcony was very dirty but they replaced them after my request to change.

I booked the Deluxe Room with a Jacuzzi but was pleasantly upgraded to the Junior Suite with a Jacuzzi, thanks to my Gold Tier status on Expedia. The Junior Suite is spacious and comfortable, conveniently located on the ground floor near the Emergency Exit, which made it easy to step out whenever needed. The attached Jacuzzi—more like a mini pool due to the lack of temperature control—was perfect for relaxation.
The room amenities were excellent, including extra furniture for our bags, a dining table with chairs, and a small extra bed in the corner. Room service was quick and efficient, and the housekeeping staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff were friendly, with a special mention to Ms. Zimmy, who helped us with planning our itinerary. However, we did encounter one staff member in the dining area who was a bit rude.
The resort features two large pools and a children's pool. As vegetarians from India, we found the breakfast buffet a bit lacking and mainly resorted to bread, butter, and fruits since the vegetarian options weren’t very appealing.
The resort's location is another big plus, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main road and market, where you can find Indian restaurants, 7-Eleven stores, pharmacies, and currency exchanges. Tuk-tuks are also easily available near the main road.
Overall, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and this resort will definitely be my go-to choice if I return to Phuket.

I loved everything about Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. It’s close walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants/bars. I upgraded to a jacuzzi room and it is definitely worth it. Will come again and recommend to my family and friends

It was...okay, but not as it appears in photos. Also, our room had a mildew smell, there was...a large amount of dust on top of the closet. I had to remove a few bugs. We moved to a different hotel relatively quickly.

All the staff were delightful

Great spot and friendly staff! Would have been amazing back in the day but really showed signs of age and neglect! Personally I wouldn’t stay again but enjoyed our week here! 😊

Facilities & grounds of Deevana Patong are lovely. Breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from, we walked away with very full bellies every morning. We loved our deluxe room with jacuzzi. It made our holiday even better, as it's private, covered and cooler water than the pool, so was extremely refreshing during the extreme heatwave we experienced for 2 weeks. We'd really love to thank Nuch, our house keeper who was so lovely & did an absolutely fantastic job. She even made me a basket of flowers out of vines, in her spare time at home. Very appreciative. Thank you Nuch and all staff who made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend Deevan Patong Resort & Spa
