Great location, close to the bus station. No need to book a transfer, get the bus to Fira and it’s a 5min walk. No safe in the room. Room services every day and was clean. Some complimentary tea and coffee. The fridge was very noisy and we unplugged it. There was a lot of noisy from below us and someone kept using a very noisy washing machine late at night. There is also a lot of light that comes through the blinds. The bathroom needs an extractor fan and is dark and damp. Breakfast was reasonable value for money. The pool is heated and wasn’t busy at all during our visit in October. Fira itself is busy and full of cruise ship visitors. Fira is a great base for exploring the rest of the island as all the buses go from there.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our trip! Its location is ideal, minutes walk to the town of Thira while still being in a quiet and private area. There is a little shop down the road, which was handy for buying water. The bus stop is also a few minutes walk away which was great when we went to Oia for the day and getting a bus to the airport. The staff on reception and serving breakfast were all lovely and welcoming! Our room was stunning and really made our stay in Santorini even better. We paid for a room with a hot tub on the balcony which was well worth the extra money! Housekeeping came every day while we were out and we had breakfast twice during our stay. The food was so fresh and a big selection for a small hotel! Thank you for a lovely stay and making it special for my boyfriend’s birthday!! We will be recommending it to our friends!

I think this was the best centrally located area we could have chosen for what we had planned for our trip.

Great location! Very clean place and great amenities. The wifi does not work and the AC was on and off working.

1. The soap in the shower was empty and never replaced.
2. One night we were left with no towels
3. The rooms are dated and do not have a wardrobe
4. Swimming pool is mostly in the shade.
5. The rooms have a funny smell from the drains. - must remember to close the bathroom door.
6. I really don’t know why the reviews are so good. We paid about 150 euros a night and I think this was very pricey for what it was.
7. One evening the room wasn’t cleaned and we asked for this to be done. It was met with hostile looks.

Beautiful hotel! Kept very clean. Close to everything you need….bakery, bus, shopping, amazing restos and steps away from the beautiful sunset!!
Reception welcome was a little impersonal, the lady did not seem to like her job very much. Pool is small, go to the beach!!

Out of the location and very nice personnel, the hotel is not at all a 4 star. The rooms are really small and the facilities old, rusty and ugly. Not at all worth the price. At first I thought this is the case in Santorini but it’s not. There are other hotels in this price range with much better conditions.

Perfect location!! Within steps of everything in Fira but still very quiet and secluded. I've seen reviews about this being on the donkey path, while it is, it almost unnoticeable. Don't pass the place up because of the donkey route!!
