Room was clean, nicely furnished and large. Coffee pot was non functioning, but quickly replaced when asked for a new one.
Beds were comfortable and pillows were perfect.
My main complaint is that there were bugs in our room. You could watch them crawl around the floor and sheets, which was very unappealing. Spoke with the hotel desk and showed them a video of the bugs (possibly small ants, but I’m not a bug expert so not positive what they are), they assured me maintenance would look into it. So hopefully it’s fixed for the next guest, Dissapointed though that we had them for our stay, nobody wants bugs crawling on `em when they sleep.

Very clean facility but our AC didn’t work in our room. Didn’t find out until the middle of the night when I went to turn it in and the thermostat didn’t have any reading.

Our balcony suite was spacious and clean but the ac unit was very noisy. It was challenging to sleep. The kitchenette was somewhat pointless as it contained no silverware or accessories. The staff was nice and the location was favorable.

10/10!! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!! The pools and hot tub was soo much fun!! The staff was so nice and welcoming!! Hotel and room was very clean!! I have no complaints what so ever!!

Getting through the lobby was difficult at times as the patrons of the bar often blocked much of the hallway. Restaurant was small and congested at times but food was okay, just not a huge selection. Felt like had to quickly eat and leave for the next people, Overall hotel was a poor layout and expected much more for money spent. Very disappointing!!

Hotel is great just not for me. Just so many people and kids (which is absolutely to be expected!) but just too crowded. Buffet breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

The areas in and around the pool equipment could be cleaner especially the waterslide stairs and netting around kids area. There should also be more supervision in the little kid area. The kids whose parents arent watching them arent even old enough to read the rules and other parents have to step in and prevent dangerous behavior.
