Very attentive and welcoming by all staff. Right down to the cleaning services. Very clean and one of the most comfiest beds. Good equality of food. Easy access in and out onto main stretch.

Spacious room, clean, friendly & attentive front desk staff, room attendants were very prompt and friendly. The hotel was well kept and very clean, lots of added touches like bottled water in the rooms. We also enjoyed the Thanksgiving brunch (buffet) that was 10/10! Will stay again!

The room was clean, quiet and the bed reasonably comfy. They provided real glass wine glasses which is not common anymore.Keurig coffeemaker and real creme in fridge. AC plugs in lamp and clock were worn out and I couldn't plug in my chargers.No recycling in room so disappointing these days.On site restaurant was decent and had good value for the pricing. Overall I would stay there again though there are other choices.

This hotel is the one we always choose to stay at as a family. Our last visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had. We stayed in a room with a bed and pull out futon. There were no blankets or pillows for the pull out. Only 2 on the main bed. I called room service and was told there should be some in the closet which there were none. The staff told me they were sold out of blankets and pillows and were not able to provide them to us. I explained very nicely that I have two small children and us adults with only one blanket and two pillows. Worst sleep all of us had. I made the complaint at the front desk in the morning and the lady at the front desk took my name and phone number and said she will let management know so they could follow up with me but this never happened. Super disappointing.

We stay here everytime we stay overnight in Calgary love the late pool hours and 24 hour fitness room and late checkout and there’s always this sweet older gentleman who always likes to bring up your bags or everything you ask for .
