So comfortable !

I gave this hotel a 3-star rating mainly because of one employee. He was a shuttle bus driver. He literally yelled at us for drinking too much water, and the reason was that he had to refill the water dispenser in the lobby. I asked him if refilling water dispenser was in his job description, he reluctantly said yes. I then asked him if the water was there for the guests to drink, not a decoration, he also had to say yes. The "heated" argument lasted for about 20 minutes, ruining everyone's vacation moods. Other than this rude bus driver, the hotel was a nice place to stay. The front desk ladies were nice, the breakfast had many choices, the environment was quiet and safe, and there was a big mall nearby. I could have given it a 4- star rating if it weren't for the bus driver.

Front desk staff was not the best, but all other aspects were very good. Housekeeping made up for the unhelpful desk staff.

Excellent staff clean room would stay again

Shuttle to light rail is very nice and helpful. Breakfast could use a little oomph. No sweet rolls first day and had an hour of breakfast remaining.

The only thing I did not like was when we were leaving we had realized our room door did not lock like you did not need a key to get into the room which was scary.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with many choices. The shuttle to the airport was so convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for a layover. Not far from the airport. The staff was great, they offered to give us a different room just for issues with the TV remote they found and were proactive about fixing it. Just shows how the staff goes far beyond to accommodate and make your stay stress-free.

Overall the place is so clean, the staff are nice and free breakfast. Easy access to the shopping centre and around. Would definitely come back here.

My family loved staying here. Room was clean and spacious, had an amazing huge luggage rack that I had never seen before. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning and cute small little gym. Was great.

Beautiful hotel and the nicest staff ever! Van transport from airport and to dinner nearby. Gary, our driver, was the best part of our day. Absolutely would stay agsin!

Very nice place to stay, convenient to the airport, great airport shuttle service. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, thin mattress and only felt springs, no cushion or comfort.
