I stayed at this wonderful hotel with my brother, and we were very pleased with our choice. I requested a room on the upper floors with a view of the main street for safety and a better experience, and my request was fully accommodated. The room, bathroom, and beds were all spotless and very well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with the best croissants we’ve ever had! The staff were all excellent, but I would especially like to mention Mr. Nicole at the front desk—he was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Unlike many other hotels, this one is not old or attached to neighboring buildings; it’s been beautifully renovated, with a spacious front and an incredible view. Being right in the city center, we were able to walk to all the main attractions within 5 minutes. If we ever visit Venice again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

A great hotel in the heart of Venezia with easy access to St Marks Square and tons of restaurants and shops. One block away from the grand canal.

The staff are really very helpful and accommodating,the rooms are very clean and impressive facilities. Love the set up of the bathroom and shower. The location was close to restaurant and the main canal,walking distance to piazza San Marco.the staff set us up to visit a glass factory in Murano. We plan to visit Venice again in December and definitely book A La Commedia again.

Lots of restaurants and shops on your door step. Staff really helpful and friendly. Room was large and clean and breakfast was great. If you are looking for a central location and away from the crowds then this is your place.

A beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Staff are knowledgeable about the city and transport options and offer great advice. I was extremely happy with my stay, and as a person with mobility issues i appericated that the staff put down a ramp for the small step at the entrance without having to ask for it - it proves the staff go beyond to help their guests.The hotel was located steps away from luxury stores and a restaurant also very close to the Rialto bridge and ferry stop. Breakfast had a variety of tasty options. I will definitely recommend to all my friends who plan to stay in Venice.

Room was spacious & clean. Staff were really helpful with any traveller questions, 24hr reception. Walkable all around Venice, 150m from Grand Canal (access to/from Termini & Airport shuttle via Water Bus)

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooftop bar. Conveniently located. Room was beautiful but small. Unusual shower with no sides right in the middle of the bathroom. The breakfast was not as going as I’d hoped.
