This is an older hotel with good bones, but otherwise it was kind of bare bones. There were the basics, soap, shampoo in envelopes, towels, a bed. The balcony was tiny but big enough for 2 to sit and enjoy the view. The staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was not too great.
The hotel sits right in front of the ferry stop so is kind of noisy. It was crowded quite busy in the area in front of the hotel.

Was given a room on the 5th floor and the ceilings are all cut on an angle
Got up in the middle of the night and banged my head so hard it almost knocked me out
Then again in the morning when I was gong to my luggage I banged into the ceiling at a different area
We were supposed to stay for 2 nights that were prepaid
We checked out after staying 1

No control over air conditioning in room. Misleading car parking charges (we were lucky (out twice and managed to park for free). Restaurant food - panini was awful.

Good location, clean, room on the 4th floor very small with a small balcony with a great view. Rooms out dated, the whole property is out dated. Beds ok. Does have air conditioning which is a plus cause the air is humid and on hot days can be miserable with out AC. Price is reasonable. Buss stops very close proximity to hotel from como San Giovanni train station. It’s is the last stop and takes approximately 1hr and 15min. 2 minutes walking from buss stop to hotel. It’s bus C30 right outside train station. We took it round trip it was great and no problem with luggage. It cost 4 euros the drive was very scenic. Uber and taxis are hard to get in bellagio.

Location is excellent, but hotel is smelly and bathrooms are terrible.

Beautiful hotel with the best location. It was only few steps away from the port! We didn’t have to walk around with our carry on under the heat.

The hotel has a great location close to the ferry terminal and many great restaurants and stores. Everything was walking distance. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The room was very clean and well stocked. The pool was lovely and a great amenity especially appreciated on a hot day.

My only reservation was that they charge for extra towels (for pool) and there was no coffee maker in the room.

Staff was very helpful. We had two different rooms and both were clean, well kept and had good air conditioning.

Very dated hotel, had to request room change due to sewage smell in bathroom, night duty person said they have 4 rooms that suffer from this…why still put people in these rooms knowing this, or get it fixed (avoid room 17)

We love it. The only thing was the people that were in the room above ours was very nosy. You could hear them clearly.
