We have been staying here whenever we go to Ithaca over the past few years because it is comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient, and they had great breakfasts. Unfortunately, this time the quality and variety of the food items has deteriorated. I hope they resume the great quality and variety next time we go back.

Very satisfied, the staff is very friendly, I forgot to take the clothes, they helped me keep them and returned them to me. The environment is very good, there is self-service coffee and hot water every day, which is very considerate. The accommodation room is spacious and comfortable.

I was attracted by the "airport shuttle bus" service, so I booked a room, but when I requested this service at check-in, I was told that they did not know if there was a driver available, and in the end I could not find one. I also requested a cab reservation at the same time, but the cab had not arrived either, leaving me with no way to get to the airport at all. If the reservation for the shuttle bus service is separate from the stay and needs to be made in advance, that instruction needs to be more clear.

The room was fine/adequate. Beds were not particularly comfortable, although the bedding was nice. The best thing I can say about this Hotel is that you get two rooms with a door between. The rooms were spacious It was expensive and certainly not up to what it should have been for the cost. we had an issue with the shower/faucet and continually running water. Furthermore, the shampoo container was completely empty and 10pm after a long day to get into the shower and find there was no shampoo was extremely frustrating. It was pure neglect on their part and when I mentioned this in the morning on check out, I got an attitude from the front desk. The woman said to me “this could have been easily resolved with a phone call “I guess I should have gotten out of the shower/gotten dressed and had somebody bring shampoo up at 10 o’clock at night. What an inane remark ! I certainly could have received a more gracious and apologetic response. Only other issue was that one of the two elevators was out of service and we were on the third floor. Therefore, we had to drag all of our things from one end of the hotel to the next in order to get the elevator on the other end of the hotel. It was out both days we were there. I think it would have been appropriate to issue some sort of credit towards our stay with all of these things, but nothing was offered.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. No smell! (Sorry, but this is big! I swear I have a bionic nose!). You can travel light and last minute when staying here — full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided. Perfect location for us visiting family In Lansing and in Trumansburg. Breakfast was AMAZING! Plenty of staff keeping an eye on things and being so quick to help and refill dwindling food items. Lots of variety and all quality. Played basketball With my teen outside, sat out and enjoyed the fresh air (until someone lit a cigarette . The pool and hot tub looked nice and clean but we didn’t take a dip. Weight room looked nice, but we didn’t walk in to see or use. Hope to may our way back here again for a longer stay

Very comfortable room and bed. Showerhead was weak. Breakfast was not what we are accustomed to at Hilton properties. No ice machines (?). Would encourage more recycling stations. Hot tub didn't work.

It was very clean and nice. My issue is our room was not ready when we got there. We had 30 min to get to a wedding. We had to change clothes in the bathroom. My husband was told he could use the shower by the pool, so he did. No towels. He had to dry off with paper towels. Our room was ready almost 2 hours after it was supposed to be. If someone had texted us earlier that we would not be able to access our room, we would have changed before we got there. For what we paid for that room (about 3 x more than avg normal rate), we should have had a five star welcome. Not a public bathroom as a dressing area.

The Hotel was very nice and room was quite comfortable. In easy distance to all of the sights we wanted to visit. Too many Waterfalls to count!

Pleasantly surprised for the price! Clean, spacious and staff very friendly. This was the 3rd hotel of our trip and by far the best!
