Great Hotel in great location ton explore old town and Jewish quarter. Service was 5* and rooms were cool. Nice touches with the free mini bar soft drinks and rooftop jacuzzi was a real treat, oh and there restaurant is open 24/7!

Great little hotel in a good location near to main square . Staff very friendly and helpful. Free bottle of Prosecco and free mini bar(soft drinks) was a nice little touch. Roof top hot tub gave excellent views . Cannot fault and would happily stay again.

We enjoyed the one night stay at the Loft. It has a modern look with lots of gadgets. Lights, blinds easily controlled by a unit on the wall. Great rooftop jacuzzi with great view by day and night. 24hr pizza downstairs.

Overall probably a three star hotel. Staff was young and some had no clue what they were doing. Very noisy location and hotel, so bad they included ear plugs in the room which I am sure is a safety violation. Upkeep of the hotel was also poor with a lot of damage to the walls which actually would be easy to repair. The hotel did have some good features such as comfortable beds, decent breakfast, and good location to the old town area.

Wow... The best hotel I've stopped in. Fantastic staff and facilities. The added bonus was the jacuzzi on the roof. Ideally situated right next to the railway station. We overlooked the track and couldn't hear the trains. Brilliant breakfast with the option to have a hot choice. Would defiantly recommend to others.

I had a really nice stay
Great bathroom and very comfortable rooms controlled via Tablet.
The restaurant is open 24/7 which is convenient.
Breakfast very good and until 11.
Jacuzzi on the roof top open all night.

This Hotel is perfect in all ways.
Close to everywhere and the staff are great.
Very good breakfast and the rooftop jacozzi is a fed bonus.
Room was very clean and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Krcacow

Very hot in the room as well. Sun all day long and apparently if u turn the air conditioner below 20 it will automatically shut down.
Although great location it is not worth the price and would not stay here again.

Pros: very central, right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station (you can get a train from and to the airport from/to it). Breakfast was good, there were cold and hot options. We didn’t use the sauna but the hot tub was nice, there’s no booking for it so had to wait about 20mins for people to leave but it’s no big deal.
Cons: pillows a little thin compared to other hotels, the shower screen didn’t really stop the water from getting all over the bathroom, the iPad to control AC, lights, and blinds froze on the last night so we couldn’t make the room colder/warmer. The staff are nice but do gossip quite loudly around guests (probably thinking we don’t speak the language; I do) and often on their phones.
Overall: we had a nice stay and all considered would probably stay here again as we liked the decor and location.
