very dull room, small outdated lobby, bed sheets seems not washed for long, white sheets turned grey, not even a tissue box in the room.

Good hotel, very convenient for Colombo airport. Clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast was included in the rate. The airport pick up was also very good and helped make our arrival a bit easier. We would certainly stay again when traveling to and from the airport.

The only thing we did not like was we had a very small breakfast but had to pay for the full buffet breakfast. It would be better if there was a selection choice.

Really comfortable and clean room. Everything works as it should. Much different from local hotels in Sri Lanka. The service however wasn’t as good as local hotels - lacked that level of friendliness, at least in my opinion compare to the local places

Poor quality of breakfast. Egg station person does not know how to make a Spanish omelette, do not know how to handle customer request for coffee.
They are good people but need training.

Nice and convenient hotel to stay when you have a flight from the nearby airport. Nice atmosphere and nice room, nice restaurant, and shuttle service to the airport

The property was ok, staff were relatively friendly and accomodating. The main issue was that it was not actually close to the airport - 6km or so by taxi. In future it would be easier to stay nearer to the train station and catch a taxi in one go

It was close to the airport; apart from that a very disappointing hotel. It’s dated, the food is awful, room keys don’t work, air conditioning in the room was faulty.

Bathroom shower facility needs to be waterproof as it got water out on the floor outside shower facilities!

Don’t even bother looking at this hotel. The hotel is horrible and only thing is the proximity to the CMB airport. They mislead customers, they say FREE airport transportation but they charged. Last minute I did not have choice other than paying for the transfer. Beware!!!!!

I felt safe & the room was very clean. The staff were friendly & efficient

Nice big room with decent facilities. This was deluxe room. The bathroom was also clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a good size gym.

We stayed for a transit between flights and were so happy when we saw how clean the hotel rooms were. Queen size bed and a lovely big bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and two sinks.
The staff were very helpful and friendly too.
