Another fantastic stay at my favourite Highland hotel. Warmest of welcome, delicious food, stunning landscape and comfartable bedroom.

I adventured daily on the island and was inspired but exhausted.
The hotel was a wonderful welcome respite.
And I began writing a story while there.
The ladies at reception were wonderful: they told be do much about what to see...

It’s a cozy stay, but because of the windy storm overnight the room got a bit chilly after the heat turned off late at night. Wish there is a thermostat.

Each staff member was kind and helpful during our 2 day stay. The hotel restaurant is excellent and food is delicious and well prepared. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. One thing I should mention is that we were checked into an annex separate from the main hotel. Anyone with mobility issues would have a problem. you would need to ask for other arrangements at booking.

Our room had a lovely large window looking to the bay and we found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included with the room. I adored my first "English grill" breakfast! The lunch and dinner menu looked amazing, but were already booked before we decided to try them. Our fault!

Excellent location, the food was magnificent. The staff very friendly and helpful. Walk the Fairy Glen, spectacular and easy for kids. Don’t be drawn to the “fairy ring” very recent and silly compared to the geology of the area. Will stay here again!

Good location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Uig is convenient to the whole Trotternish peninsula. Uig harbour is being completely refurbished for the ferry. Options of where to eat.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Our hosts were extremely helpful and informative. They even called the day of to confirm whether we wanted a dinner reservation. The room had an amazing view. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.
