This was probably the worst hotel experience ever.
Finding the entrance was an experience. Can only enter driving from East to West. Sign only visible from East to West. Can only exit heading west.
TV did not work and took 1 hours to get someone to look at it and after he left continued to malfunction. Could not get him back as was at end of his shift. This was at shift change and no one on next shift available to fix. Changed rooms at 9:00 PM. Checked in at 3:30 PM. Night manager was helpful.
Breakfast was a complete disaster. No napkins or juice cups. Plasticware ran out. Ran out of food (excuse - truck had not brought breakfast supplies.)
At checkout I asked for a receipt and the clerk said they did not have the capability to print receipts, and I would receive by email. Really, can print receipts on site nor email receipt from hotel.
If not received, I could call them. Who is them? I do not know if I was charged correctly.
The worst run facility I have ever visited. None of staff gave a damn but the night clerk. Nothing but excuses. No senior manager on site. Will never stay at this facility again and will pass the word to my many friends who visit Columbus as to the lack of service here.

One night stay be at my son‘s graduation. The hotel appears to be brand new will be inside is very nice. However, the hotel is in a location where you cannot walk to anything there are no restaurants grocery stores close by.

Though the hotel is new the rooms were not clean. I received good customer service but unfortunately I was not happy with my stay. I was informed I would get a rate adjustment but did not receive it.

Our stay was great. Came down from MI for a Military Graduation. Location was close to the base, easy to get in and out. Close to tons of stores and restaurants!

The bathroom and shower weren't cleaned very well. They ran out of breakfast within the first 30 minutes and replenished nothing.

The location of the hotel is odd. The front faces a ridge. We had to drive around from TV in bcThe room had a coffee maker and coffee pods but no cups.
I had to go down from the 2nd floor to the lobby to ask the location of the ice machine, which was on the 3rd floor. A tv guide of channels would be helpful. The breakfast was running out of food at 7am!

They were out of some things for breakfast 2 times in a row but the staff was very nice. Co puters crashed sometimes.

Went to see my son graduate jump school. Only problem I had was with house keeping. The shower soap was empty, the hand soap was almost empty, there was melted ice in the ice bucket and the coffee maker had Krups pod still in it. The room itself was clean other than what was mentioned. I prepaid for the room with my husbands credit card and showed my credit card when I arrived and informed them of this and told it was no problem and was charged on my card.

Rooms were not ready at check in. Stayed in room 335 and 2 outlets did not have power when we plugged our phone chargers in. The shower door would not stay closed because it was not installed level. There was no breakfast in the morning because they said no one should up to cook.

Very nice, clean hotel... Staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were very spacious w/ lots of clothing storage. The free breakfast was great as well w/ lots of hot options like sausage gravy, eggs, pancakes etc. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town

After checking in (where nothing was said) and getting to room and learning it was two queens, we called and were basically told it was a computer problem but they had no rooms and take it or lose your money. Very unhelpful people. No ideas for places to eat. Breakfast was till 9:30 but by 8:45 it was slim pickings and no one seemed to be working there.

Enjoyed staying at this newer hotel. It was clean and quiet. Didn't hear anyone in the halls or next to me. I was by the elevator and the ice machine but I barely heard anyone so the walls were thick enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was turning into the parking lot due to the construction so it was tricky if you're turning left as they're still working on part of the parking lot.
