The room was ready early! We were escaping from Helene. The staff worked hard and quickly to help us. The room was clean and looked new. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. I will stay there again.

I only booked one night as soon as i checked in i was told the elevator was out. Not good with me having a handicapped person on the trip. We didnt even take our luggage to room due to climbing the stairs

The staff is awesome!

I did not like that the room I had didn’t lock ( deadbolt). I told front staff and switch room and same thing.

Very good hotel, quiet, comfortable, well attended by the people who welcomed us, Donna was 100% friendly, the bad thing is that during the days we were there, the housekeeper did not come to change sheets or towels, everything else, VERY GOOD

This place was below average.Room was very small.The tub did not drain while taking a shower.The very tiny shampoo was half used up already.The carpet was sticky in spots.Dont go barefoot.The walls were paper thin.You could hear the person snoring nextdoor. The breakfast was not good.However, the AC was adjustable and very cold. There were many pillows that were comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was very polite and friendly. The facility was very clean and the breakfast was good. Other than the air condition being a bit loud, everything was great. I would recommend this facility to others. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

My daughter and I arrived much later at airport in Destin on 8/24 than we were supposed to as a result of mechanical issues with our 1st plane making us have a 4 hour delay which meant our connecting flight had to be rebooked. To say the least we were exhausted from a very long day. Upon our arrival to the Comfort Suites @ Miramar Beach we were greeted by the amqzing Hotel Manager Donna and her very kind front desk man Russ. They could tell we had had a day and our interactions with them was like a warm southern welcoming hug. We have enjoyed our 2 night stay immensely and will miss Donna and Russ and all the friendly staff we've encountered. Highly recommend this hotel - the staff went above and beyond for us to have an enjoyable first 2 days in Destin!

I would give a higher review. The only thing I am not satisfied about is the hotel running my card a day before my arrival which I was not advised of. They authorized $200 for the first night they said to confirm the reservation. They charged me on Wednesday for the full stay of $400 and I was told the authorization for the 1/2 charge should fall off. Well it is now Tuesday and I still don’t have my $200 back. It’s been 3-5 business days and I am not happy about that.

We arrived at 8pm for late check in and required soap and toilet paper for our room. The next morning when housekeeping checked at 9:30 am to service the room, we advised "nothing needed for the day". On Monday, we left at 9am and greeted the housekeeping staff member on our departure returning around 8pm to find our room had not been serviced. The only thing done was to pull the bed covers up to cover the soiled sheets that needed replacing. UGH.

We had a wonderful stay all the hotel staff were all very kind and nice.we will always come back and stay here.the rooms were very clean.thank you to all hotel staff.i would give you more than 5 stars i want to give 10 stars .

Wonderful time great nice ,kind staff.i would recommend anyone to stay here
