This property was not even close to being worth the cost per night. It’s a 20-30 min walk from downtown Amalfi (with no hotel provided transportation). Also, they make it look like the beach belongs to the hotel and it doesn’t, you have to pay for chairs even if you’re a hotel guest. Would highly recommend looking at a different hotel closer to town (if even it is a bit more pricy).

Poor/wrong information about location and room amenities, walking distance to beach and Amalfi port is not correct, we walk from the port to the hotel uphill more then 17 minutes, (they won’t say is uphill walking distance) the beach is not 3 minute walk, there’s a private beach down stairs, about 20 minute to get back to the hotel from that beach. ( if you want a bed and umbrella is 40 Euro per person)
Website photos of the room I stayed were not correct, there supposed to be a balcony with table and chairs, and there’s only a small balcony. All this things matter when you are on vacation and you booked weeks before this hotel. I contacted Expedia and they did nothing for me, I’m the customer, they gave priority to the hotel.

The bad 2 minutes of hot water in the shower. Thin walls you car here the next door guest breath aircon is not adequate uncomfortably warm u til after midnight when the temperature drops. 3 stars or maybe 2 also the bed comfort is 1 out to 5.

Property was very sleek and looked like the pictures. The shower was a bit temperamental but everything else was great! Very nice short stay.

We spent a week here and were a bit surprised when we arrived. The beach in all the photos is owned by a separate entity that charges €100 per day for two sunchairs and a parasol, and if you dont want to pay it you have to compete with the locals to get a spot on the 5 square meters of beach which is open to the public. "Glasses" in the rooms are plastic, single-use cups. No chairs on the balcony and only one chair in the room, so only one person could sit at any given time. In general I think we were expecting a bit more, but it seems that we underestimated how crazy this region gets during high season. What you get is a clean, small room with AC, that's it. The staff is also nice and helpful.

The shower also wouldn’t drain and would spill out into the bathroom. After some consideration the management put us in a room with a real balcony for our last two nights and overall it was much larger. It was a nice location, not too far away from town for walking. The beds were definitely the worst part, so hard, pillows flat. We would stay here again because overall it was a good price and great view but not quite what we were expecting.

We were double booked. When refused to pay for the second booking, they cancelled our original booking. We had to rebooked since my parents were staying in the same hotel. So they told us to rebook. When we did they charged us twice as much since we refused to pay for another room that was not booked.
Location was decent. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Towels were changed everyday except hand towels. Our blanket was not cleaned. It had hair and dirt. I don’t think it was washed at all after previous client.
AC made noise.
They did bring breakfast to your room. Limited but good.

It is a new and clean hotel with a stunning view. The beach is down the side of the cliff, at least 15 flights of stairs. The rooms are very clean and the beds are hard. Walk into town is along a narrow and busy street.

We absolutely loved our stay here - the view is incredible and you are right on the edge of the cliff! Going to town is a 20-30 minute walk so not too bad by the views are worth being out of Amalfi a bit! Highly recommend :)

The website promotes access to a private beach but it's only open during the summer. Transportation from and to the hotel is difficult. There was only one person working at the desk, no food or drinks available on site. They were rude and unhelpful. The room was clean but no coffee machine, no water and soap was limited. The only good thing was the view of the ocean and sleeping with the sound of the waves.

As an international tourist, I do not have WI-FI in my phone, I expected to have a Wi-Fi at the hotel but unfortunately, Wi-Fi service was really bad, connect and disconnect every few minutes.
Please is good, staff are good, but no reception after 5pm to check in, so you need to self check which sometimes inconvenient in case you have question or need help with something.

The hotel seems to be merged with two other hotels, which was confusing cause we were given a room that was in a different complex (right in front of La Dimora del Maestro). The room looked nice at the check in, but we noticed some mold around the windows and in the bathroom. Also, we got short of some hot water during the evening. Overall we did not complain as we were staying only for one night.
