This is a very old hotel. There are no elevators. It is in rather poor shape but has a lot of character. The beds were comfortable. There are few electric outlets for charging phones computers etc. One of the lowest prices available and is adequate for a one night stay while traveling. The shower worked well and bathroom was clean.

Nice friendly people. Little dated but clean

Could not close the bathroom door…and the toilet paper was behind it! I understand they were in renovations ..but all you had to do was shave off some bottom on the door. Had a musty smell also. Location was close to everything

Owner of this hotel really working to improve the facilities, services and rating. I have stayed in this hotel for the last four years and have noted the improvements.

we liked everything at this hotel. great place to stay. there was not a thing that we could complain about excellent 10 out of 10

We called to let them know of our late arrival . When we came in had to wait 20. Minutes for someone to check us in. That took another 20 for him to figure out how to check us in. The room smelled musty and had black mold in bathroom. When they come to clean room all he does is spray fabreez to hide smell. He then wants to have a conversation about his son going to school there. The service was so bad along with the shabby rooms. We asked about the pool that is advertised and it is not working. They also chat on phone having non business conversations and make you wait. They have no ice in machine so have to wait again to ask them for some. It was so bad that I wanted to leave a day early and would not change original stay so had to pay for a day I was not there. I will never go back to that place. My score is -5.

Parking too close to the street and the smell was not very pleasant coming from the garbage bin.

The room was disgusting. Bathroom floor full of urine and stunk. Room smelled musty and if urine. Was booked for a week and only stayed one night. Tried to get refund but was not happy they made me pay another night for it was less than 24 hours. Never stay there again…not recommended

The property, lobby & hallways are very dark, dismal & depressing. Not a good 1st impression. Room was very clean & in pretty good condition, was recently renovated, but could use some fine tuning & touch ups that would give better reviews - like curtains/curtain rod & bathroom trim. Good amenities with a desk & table. A/C takes a bit to kick in. but then works ok. Unfortunately there is no place to relax in the room.. beds are low quality & uncomfortable, bed linens & pillows are sparce,just sheets & a thin blanket & 2 flat pillows, chairs are old & hard.

All the doors to rooms look like they were kicked in, door to our room was open when we got there, only way to keep door closed was by locking the deadbolt(no door handle). Told by a few people staying there to be safe and sleep with one eye open. Photos on website are all the old photos, beds are very hard, trust me, find another hotel. Stardust Motel in Bedford vibe. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. We were impressed that our room contained a mini fridge, large flat screen tv, and microwave. The room was very well sound proofed, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is getting an upgrade, which we're sure will give it a nice facelift. Also, it is within walking distance of a number of fast-food outlets and a mini mall, plus there is a restaurant on-site, so there are plenty of dining options. We will stay there again!

Pictures online deceiving although they are the same. Desperately needs a paint job inside. No cup in room which has a coffee machine. No glasses for a drink of water. When cleaned no Kleenex replacement. These are small inconsequential things but pay over $300 for 2 nights that was reasonable for what we got. Place ready needs painting inside and out, all room. They could make it a little more cherrie consideration the location of this hotel, no elevator, have to walk up two sets of stairs, not senior friendly. We did not eat at the restaurant but heard many comments “the food was very good.” Thank you! We are grateful we had a roof over our heads. Carol, Debby and Beverley. The staff were very nice.

Terrible attitude from the staff at this location. Calling it a dump would be unfair to other dumps. Dirty, overpriced, unsafe, bathing products were non-existent!!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Staff is personnel and helpful. We appreciate we could use the dining room for our though the dining room was closed. We ordered in pizza. Purchased a drink from the bar, staff offered to turn on the tv for us. Hotel is old, but very clean!
