location was great. staff were very friendly and accommodating

Comfortable bed and pillows. General cleanliness throughout. Friendly check-in.

Not enough space for all guests to have breakfast. We went elsewhere. End doors are unreliable for opening with key card, so we had to use the main entrance with a very long walk to upstairs room. Booking through "3rd party" seems to mean being checked in to least desirable rooms. (I was not able to upgrade)

It was ample, and coffee was available in lobby throughout the day

I wasn’t aware that in order to earn points, you had to sign up and present your membership number before checking in. So I lost points at Bridgewater and Yarmouth

it was convenient and a nice place. We loved talking to the desk and housekeeping staff. They were so friendly.

We were disappointed the rooms are only cleaned when you leave. The continental breakfast was really good, but not enough tables and chairs.
