We loved the location in downtown. The check-in was pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was better than the typical hotel breakfast. Our room was okay- you can tell they have updated older rooms. The bed was uncomfortable with an older mattress, cheaper linens, and the air conditioning was at its lowest setting (65) but the room stayed at 75ish all night. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again if given the choice.

The hotel was centrally located in downtown Knoxville with lots of dining and entertainment options. It was a short walk to the historic Bijou Theatre which is where we saw our concert. We will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the breakfast was only served until 9am. It would be nice to have had a longer time frame to enjoy the meal.

Great hotel!! Breakfast was fantastic, room was amazing! No pool which was disappointing and parking is tough. $40 for valet overnight plus $7 tip for pickup ad drop off. $7 dollar parking in a parkade behind the hotel but difficult to get to as downtown and was very busy. So many food options and shopping. Bars and night life but still quiet in the hotel.Fabulus hotel! Love Hyatt's

The rooms are clean and convenient. The staff was helpful. The location is excellent --- had a chance to be part of the farmer's market on a Saturday morning. We had a very pleasant stay.

We really liked the location and convenience of this Hyatt in Downtown Knoxville. However, the rooms don't get cleaned each night - we were told upon checkout they only get cleaned every 2 days. Also, they tout their rooftop bar. But both nights we were there we were turned away from using it being told we needed reservations and there was no seating. Looking around there was plenty of seating and a whole side of the bar was open. There was a lot of attitude by the hostess and it was completely off-putting to not being able to enjoy this at the hotel we were staying at.

First time visiting Knoxville and everything was perfect! The hotel was great! Very impressive. Location and view were so wonderful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was really clean, nice & quiet. The valet guys were working so fast in the very hot weather but still were so pleasant and kind. 10/10 - will definitely be back and will tell friends to visit!
