Valentina was extremely helpful and friendly. She arranged our boat taxi to and from the train station. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous place in impeccable condition. Has a very glamorous feel to it. Very high-end security and yet it felt very cozy. The host Paola was great and accommodating to all our needs. Definitely recommend!

I booked this property, paid in advance and got moved to other apartment in the area which was not the same standard. I got no reimbursement in price difference. They claimed that the AC was not working. They lied that it was the same facility but it wasn’t. It was a separate building under different management.

Paola and hotel staff were wonderful and really helpful. Rooms are beautiful, modern, and well thought through. Great location to everything. Unfortunately AC gave up in our room due to hot weather and we had to change the hotel but Paola and team helped us find a new really nice place and made sure our vacation was not ruined. I would come back again and enjoy the full stay next time! Definitely recommend.

Residenza Ducato is the perfect place to stay in Venice! The apartment was beautifully presented and in a fabulous spot for seeing the sights and eating out. The attention to detail was amazing!

Modern and stylish apartments 7 mins walk away from San Marco area. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. Grocery store is literally a 2 min walk, beautiful area with a lot of restaurants nearby. San Marco, Gondola ride, Rialto, ferry terminal - everything was 5-10 min walk from the apartment.

We didn’t mind that there was no view from our room. Highly recommended.

Venice is always a challenge given its limited geography, but Residenza Ducati solves this wonderfully with great staff and very beautifully executed construction. They have preserved the beauty of the original building and little courtyard while updating all of the internal comforts from air conditioning to bathroom layout. Paola and Valentina were so thoughtful and thorough and really made our stay easy and comfortable from their initial contact, scheduling water taxis and even coming to meet us on the canal to guide us through the winding alleys of Venice! Also, the little touches like a bag of cornetto at our door the first morning, really made us feel comfortable and welcome! Location was great for us, right between Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Not that anything in Venice is terribly far away, but we wandered to San Silvestre and San Polo multiple times without difficulty. It is so wonderful to just get lost in Venice! This is not a property for views of the lagoon obviously, but for us, the prospect of being on a separate island or far to one side of Venice was not what we were seeking. Would definitely return and hope to see Valentina and Paola again! Grazie mille!

We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The hotel has its own private courtyard and entrance, and security is high tech. It must have been recently renovated because the interior is modern and very well appointed. It exceeded my expectations. Last but not least, Paola, the service manager, was excellent and exceedingly helpful. Not only did she surprise us with a delivery of pastries one morning, she provided good suggestions for restaurants and site seeing, and made last minute reservations for us. I'd definitely come back when next in Venice, and would highly recommend this hotel!

Property was wonderful - 8 min walk to the grand canal on either side. Room was amazing. Our room even had a mini kitchen and laundry in the room. We could not have been happier! Side note - The water taxi from the airport is worth every Penny!!!!!!

Highly recommend. Would advise to arrive before getting dark as it’s hard to find.
