the full stay was okay, just some minor inconveniences.
the room was clean overall but there was scuff marks and old food stains on the walls throughout the room, it wasn’t noticeable at first but it was seen more as you actually looked at things.
the front desk said they didn’t know what syrup was and looked at me like i had three heads when i told them they needed more at the breakfast station because there was none. there was a traveling kids hockey team so breakfast items did go pretty quickly which was fine, just the reasoning behind the syrup being empty.
other than that the beds were comfy, water pressure and temp were awesome for the shower, breakfast was delicious, the kitchenette was perfect, would definitely stay again if ever traveled near by.
i will say i dont know if it was the manager but someone came out of the office behind the front desk and gave me attitude while telling me i needed to find house keeping for when i needed more towels not the front desk. so not sure if there’s a separate desk for that but we aren’t fans of strangers being in put room while we were gone so we just asked for them prior to us leaving for the day.

The staff was kind. The breakfast was god awful. The dishes in our suite were dirty.
They had only one large luggage cart - with a flat tire.
The outdoor furniture cyshiobs need to be thrown away.

There were not many restaurants close by and the staff could not give many dining ideas. We did not like the pillows.

Very friendly and clean. Breakfast needs a sign to let people know that unless you are making waffles or pancakes, there really is no need to stand in line. Move plates/silverware to the right of the waffle maker. I did not want waffles or pancakes. But had to wait in the line so that I could get utensils and a plate.

Great stay during a busy holiday week. Room was clean and very spacious. Couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. Stayed on the 4 floor that had an ice machine.
Front desk was very nice and had an easy and quick check-in. Very reasonable incidental hold of $50/day. Didnt use the pool or gym but those were kept clean though. Multiple entry points to enter the hotel if you didn’t want to go thru the lobby.
Oh loved that the sidewalk wrapped the hotel so you dont have to walk out in the “street”. Definitely staying again.

Strong cannabis smell on my floor the whole time. Also a strong “cologne” type fragrance in the main area that was hard to smell for too long. They charge a $75 fee for pets that is not mentioned in the details when they describe how pet friendly their facility is. We did not expect this charge upon check in.

Great hotel for our little family get away! Staff were welcoming and very friendly throughout our 2 night stay. They had one of the better complimentary breakfast we’ve seen. The hotel was bright, welcoming, and clean. Our room had a few pieces of small trash that was missed under the desk area but otherwise very clean. The pool was nice but the floor was very slippery (with or without shoes), so just be careful when entering/leaving and walking to your chair. The hallway to our room was pretty warm and stuffy when we left the first morning and never got better, however we did see maintenance man in the hallway our last day, the room air functioned great though. The hotel is in a nice area with many conveniences near by and just a short trip to Paycor where we watched the Bengals training camp. We saved this hotel as a favorite for when we travel back to Cincinnati.

A great place to stay! Spacious rooms with microwave and large refrigerator, sink, comfortable beds, large bathroom with plenty of vanity space, very clean, wonderful people at the front desk. A nice breakfast which could use a little more variety for long stays like mine. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

The room smelled terrible and there was no air freshener that could fix it. It smelled like cigarettes and dirty dogs. The bathroom vent was filthy. It was just gross and I would never go back there.

I booked a specific type room from Expedia. SOLELY because the photos showed a SEPARATE living room. I work remotely and need that separate work space while my husband sleeps. Got to the hotel and we were first put in a double queen suite. I went back down to the front desk and told them that was not the room i booked. He said they didnt have a that type room and wanted to know if i could just keep the room they gave me. I said no, i booked and paid for a specific type room. He smirked and said its all the same price. Then talked to his coworker in another language and handed me another key. Got up to the new room, and it was still not what i booked because apparently they don't even have that type room like they advertise on Expedia.
I reached out to Expedia who then reached out to the hotel because their website misrepresents what they actually offer. Hotel would not do anything to resolve the issue. Completely disappointed in Expedia AND Home2 Suites

Good location. Nice and quiet. Check in was by a guy who looked like he just rolled out of bed. Went to room and the door was opened. Went back down and asked why the door was open. He shook his head and said I have no idea. Asked if he could check, he said it was prolly left open by cleaning since they just finished. Check in was at 4 and I was there after 5. The next morning I was in the process of taking my stuff to the elevator and cleaning was opening the door before I even made it to the elevator. There is ample parking. I don’t know that I would stay again
