Our stay was just okay, we were just there for a night and it worked, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again given the amount of hotels in the area. There were stains on the bathroom wallpaper and chipped paint. Hair in the shower and things just appeared less disinfected than I would prefer. The mattress was like sleeping on a bad pull out bed and the actual pull out bed was broken. By the time we realized this we didn’t want to change rooms, so we had my child sleep on the other end so their head wasn’t below their feet.

The location was convenient for our Indy weekend, staff was friendly, and I parking was free and easy. Room was spacious too. I gave an average rating due to how uncomfortable the bed was. The pillows were lumpy and one of the queen beds was caved in in the center. My husband had to sleep on the couch and I rolled up blankets and wedged them behind my back to prevent myself from rolling into the middle. Woke up with a very sore back. Not sure how the hotel would know about this if someone didn’t complain, but we got to the room late from a concert and didn’t have time to call down and change rooms unfortunately. Just test the bed when you get into the room!

I was very disappointed in this booking. I booked a king bed suite but then got a call two days prior that they didn’t have that room anymore and due to all hotels around being booked I couldn’t change hotels so I was stuck with a room that was less than desirable. We had two small queen beds that felt like the box springs were busted out and overall Very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in a few home2suites and when I get the king suite room I’m never disappointed. This room was disappointing. Staff was excellent and very kind I do have to mention that. If I would have know this room was going to be my only option in the end I would have booked elsewhere.

Spacious rooms that were perfect for our family! Staff was very pleasant and responsive to our requests - specifically for additional towels both in rooms and pool areas. Lovely patios with grills and a fire pit.

Watch those apps! I booked a room that was supposed to have a separate bedroom with a door to the living room (a suite). I don’t know when or how, but it was switched to a studio (all one room). When we checked in I didn’t realize studio was different, then we got up to our room and I was going to complain, but checked the website and my app and discovered it was switched on there, so no sense in getting angry with a staff whom I’m sure had nothing to do with it. Overall, the stay was nice, a bit pricey, but nice. The breakfast buffet is not well planned out, nor well tended to. They were out of a lot of things every morning and running around looking busy, but nothing got restocked. The beds are VERY firm, hopeful that is your preference. Temp control is great - room was clean - staff was friendly overall. Recycling bins are present, hopefully people are utilizing them. Would stay again, but would hope to catch it on a deal.

Breakfast was nice for a free continental. Had several hot choices. Pool was very cold ; only used for a few minutes because way too cold. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Sliding barn door for bathroom; not great for privacy. Room was quite spacious.

We lost power multiple times throughout the night. Sounded like sparks popping then would turn on and off. Finally the power went out and stayed out for quite a while. The place was clean, the staff kind, and the pool was fun for the kids.

Everything was wonderful. We always try to stay at this location when visiting our kids in college. Always been a great place. Been coming for 5 years now

Our stay was great! I’m Not sure of the ladies name but she was so kind. We got in around 10:30 p.m. from travel softball games and I mentioned we had to be back to play at 6 A.M. she said she would have a goodie bag for us and to let the front desk know. We had to bags filled full of breakfast foods! So gracious!
