Hotel was quite comfortable. Clean and friendly staff. Our major problem was we were advised to use ncp carpark overnight. We were staying overnight before going to the airport. At 2am we went to carpark to get car and carpark was locked up. Its locked up between 12am and 6am. So we missed our 6am flight. Very costly to us. Although this is not the hotels fault we think there could be something on their website to highlight this. So we wouldnt stay again. The breakfast was poor and quite expensive

Nice hotel, nothing too luxury but did the job. Not loud or noisy. Staff nice and really close to town centre

The hotel is nice. Lovely people at the reception. They were very helpful when I was ill and could help me to seek help. The room was also nice. The only thing I would complain about would be that the window couldn’t close completely so the wind would make whistle sounds all the time. I sorted that out by pushing the other window a bit to the side. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The duvet covers are waaaay too big and I got tangled in them during the night which was super annoying.

Hard to review as only booed at 2300 and left at 0800 flying visit but had a good nights sleep. Only downside was no parking but supposed being in city centre not unusual.

My stay good. Nice and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel does need to upgrade the rooms to include usb charges for these traveling from out the country.

The staff at the hotel were impeccable service was fantastic from front desk, however we travelled with small children and as always they make a mess, we requested our room to be cleaned nothin was cleaned and we were only given fresh towels even though I stuck the cleaning label in the actual door so you couldn’t miss it

Last time we stayed, there were some noisy guests in the room above or next door. It didnt put us off tho. This time it was really quiet. Really comfy beds. Tv was a bit small but wasnt really there to watch tv! Paid £57 which isnt too bad for a city centre. Right next to NCP to £9.95 overnight.

I had a family visit 20/07/2024 for studying related. I had an excellent services from Reception staff called ***HENA*** She made my whole stay amazing . Thank you 😊👍

A huge spider in my room as well as the face basin in room 428 need fixing. What I did appreciate was when I saw the huge spider in Rm 414 they changed my room. It took hours but at least it got done. What I also didnt like was how two ladies came to room and told us that we need to leave verse asking us if we planned to extend our stay. I found this to be a very common issue within the UK people being rude its the norm. What I dis like was when the my other reservation became available to them the ladies appologje

We were not impressed by the early closing of the bar. Also, the room was cold in the evenings. The air-con was clearly not working. We told reception; to no avail.
