Enjoyed the stay, rooms were comfortable and well appointed, staff were gracious and attentive. The rooms seem to be paper thin as any noise from the hallways or adjoining rooms travels well. Apart from that, everything was to our liking. The hotel is situated close to the metro, rickshaws, atms. There is an onsite travel agency that organized a driver to Agra for us. The onsite restaurants are good but expensive.

Apart from that, everything was to our liking. The hotel is situated close to the metro, rickshaws, atms. There is an onsite travel agency that organized a driver to Agra for us. We stayed at this hotel when we first arrived in Delhi. We liked our rooms and they were clean. Since we liked our rooms, we decided to book them again for the last few days of our trip. This time we were disappointed. Our rooms were not as nice and they seemed older somehow. The breakfast was fine. Something for everyone. The two restaurants are not that great. One dinner place is a buffet and the other is actually a buffet too. They do not have a la cart menus. We only ate dinner there once and that was enough. There are plenty of restaurants around.
The staff were great, especially the security people at the front door. They always went out of their way to greet us. The porters are also great and very helpful. I’m not sure I would stay there again.

The check-in was laborius. The hotel kept saying that they did not get payment from Hotel.com and we had to argue & show the receipt. When we were short on time this became laborious during both check-in and check out.

World class hotel fantastic staff. Live music at breakfast was a very unique and classy touch to put you in the right mood and frame of mind to tackle the hustle and bustle of New Delhi. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the staff were the most pleasant courteous and helpful.5 stars all around.

The staff were a highlight, especially Sanjay who sorted an inexpensive taxi to the airport. Also after 2 weeks in India and many hotel breakfasts I had THE best cheese omelette here ! We appreciated the apples and other treats. Would recommend this hotel :)

Rooms main doors are not sound proof. I could hear all the noise of outside in my room such as continues closing of other nearby rooms specially in the night . Also noise of cleaning at 3 am in the morning as well as ringing bells of near by rooms. Thats why i woke up multiple times and compliant to the staff. After that i could sleep finally.
