The hotel was very conveniently located close to all attractions and beautifully decorated.

The location was easy to get to and they offered underground parking, which was great considering it was snowing. The location is a little outside the city but the tram stops just a 1 minute walk from the front of the hotel. The stadium is literally across the street so if you are there for a concert or FC Zurich game the location is great. We didnt think the immediate area had a lot of options for dining or shopping

For the price we paid, definitely not a 4 star hotel! I would give it no more than 3 stars.

upon arrival one of the trash cans was full…body wash container in the shower was empty…bedding had small spots that looked like ironed on body fluids…we stayed 4 nights and the bedding wasn’t changed once although the spots were very visible…bedding also had tears…towels were changed but they didn’t feel fresh because of the quality/condition…no fridge in the room! not a dealbreaker, but very unusual…staff that we talked with was friendly and helpful…overall, the hotel felt far from 4* quality

Stayed here due to the close proximity to Letzigrund Stadium. It only took about 10 minutes to walk there and it was great not having to worry about commuting after the Taylor Swift concert. The tram is only 1 minute away. There are also several restaurants close by.
The only negative is that the room never cooled off even with the AC on. The employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would recommend

With the tram and train system, this is close to everything!
Rooms were very nice, breakfast excellent. We did not dine so cannot comment on dinner/lunch.

Excellent check-in service provided, friendly staff speaks multiple languages and are willing to assist you with anything you may need on your stay. Only area of concern was the inability to adjust heating and air conditioning although there was a thermostat that allowed you to do so. Not dure if it was working properly, however, conditions were not uncomfortable so I did not raise the issue with staff. Parking garage also available in easily allowed for parking my mid-size SUV. Bottom line, it’s a great place to stay, with friendly staff, convenient parking, at a reasonable price right next to tram stop, restaurants, and grocery store.
