Would have given 4.5 stars, if that was an option! Location was great! Walking distance from the Stockyards, but not in the middle of all the late night noise like several other hotels. Very clean, bed was super comfy, good breakfast, and friendly staff! Lighting could have been better in the room.
Returned to room at 4:30 pm and towels had not been replenished. They need to specify that you must leave them outside your door if you want fresh ones. (Otherwise, they service room only every 3 days.) Overall, great hotel and would stay there again!!

Clean rooms, and shared areas were very welcoming. Loved the western decor! Hot breakfast, with many other options available. Meal was delicious. Area was kept clean during dining, with staff available to meet your needs. Would recommend to travelers.

Very impressed with hotel. Staff was friendly and nice. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Rooftop bar a plus. Beautiful view. Will use this hotel again.

Booked through Expedia. The date of stay changed to the current date instar of our travel date. I reached out to the hotel and Expedia and neither would do anything about it. Each of them still blames the other for not being able to change the date or issue a refund. Congrats to both on stealing 200 dollars from me

Stay was for a wedding. A little cramped for 3 people in a double queen. The biggest complaint we all had for both nights was the street noise was horrible. Hoards of motorcycles and muscle cars going until 3:30am-ish with no sound buffering on the 5th floor...didn’t sleep much and abruptly woke us up throughout the night.

Well, lets see…. You pay for a valet that gives you a ticlet with a number to text so they can bring your car around only to find out that service doesn’t work. There was never an open seat at the pool. Only 6 seats total in the pool. People partying until 4am. Room service is supposed to be every other day. We got new towels once. No other “room service” internet was down our last day. No tv, no internet. 350 a night? For that? Ouch!

The only downsides are that the room was very dark - there is no central ceiling light and only one door onto the balcony at one end of a long narrow room which didn't let in enough light. The pool was also quite dirty - towels were strewn around, there was food on the floor and what looked like a ball of black hair floating in the water.

Everything was pretty good. The balcony was a little weird as we were connected to a conference room that we had to access our balcony from, not our hotel room. Also, the balcony had previous trash, beer cans and bird poop on the seat cushions.
